I can't wait to see you enjoying the fruits of your labour, Daniel. Although it's hard to picture you having downtime and relaxing away from ashville. Ive watched every weekly and stand alone video and the production and editing has moved on greatly, weekly is my favourite show on youtube 👌
I can’t believe how frequently the Liebherr machines go wrong! That 926 spends more time broken than it does working. Im pretty sure I’d be swapping that part out of my operation by now.
We only hear about it when something breaks, but also plant machines nowadays are unreliable across the board due to the complex emission management systems
i said exactly the same about the Liebherr and I was told the same "you only hear of it when it breaks down" to which I responded "i know and it's almost every episode".
This is one of the best episodes yet imo. Straight and to the point with all the info and humour mixed in. Awesome work and an awesome channel. Looking forward to the other channel dropping too.
by building your own tyre cage you are taking on ownership/liability if someone gets hurt. By buying one in, the liability is with the supplier (and therefore they would do the calcs and engineer appropriately). So regardless of whether yours works, it’s a liability i wouldn’t want.
In some locations in London, someone did the maths, and it's sometimes cheaper to actually not pay for parking and pay the fine, that it is to actually pay for parking sometimes
Ah Daniel. The art of software. After 20yrs i have lost count of the times companies have failed to deliver. Not my core suppliers to clients, but client support. Quite understand and feel your pain. Love the videos
Morning Daniel, All. Another excellent episode as per usual. Thank you. My empathy Daniel, however, I’m glad to see you laughing and smiling, although sad to see you tired lots too😢Hello to Manni and Noel😊 Question Daniel: Nick’s special Resin Dumbbells you made, where have you kept them? And, been eagerly awaiting with anticipation your new channel, and have always loved the variety of Ashville Weekly since the beginning. Please look after yourself Daniel and Take Care All😊❤
Hey Daniel, big fan from Kenya been hooked since day in the life, thank you for showing us what it takes to build a business like this. On your cross contamination issue, why not set up a row of overhead nozzles over the tyre wash and have the lorries drive through with the bed raised slightly and the tailgate open, could solve the issue and give the added benefit of a clean lorry out on the road.
Sunday evening and I'm heading back to the work, to finish off some weekend work, drop materials, and prep equipment, until late night. So that Monday morning, everything will be ready to go at each job site for my different crews. Your videos are a great source of motivation. Despite what my circle say, I'm not crazy! Your videos highlight what it takes to build a company and more important, CHANGE ONE'S DESTINY!!
I was coming home from work today and to my surprise one of your tippers drove past me on the A4 in woolhampton literally 1/2 mile from my house couldn’t get a pic but reg ended in ROC made my day
as terry stated last week wet muck was getting stuck in tipper body's contaminating aggregates so unable to backload have you ever explored fitting Teflon quicksilver body liners ? I've got a tipper trailer they are something else for sticky loads such as compost 3 rams up and whoosh its gone
Seeing you using the area behind the weigh bridge is that your land as just thinking outside the box, it looks like it has a railway connection would that present a good alternative location for the track but allowing you more space for the material all within this area. This would free the current bays for: - bagged materials, - a new garage area for the townie, - a new garage for the tyre fitter (both Townie and tyre fitter having a larger work area and ideally space inside a roller door building to protect them from the elements) - fuel/ad-blue bays - plant hire equipment area - an enlarged cement store to serve your expanding fleet and - larger numbers of pre-made concrete blocks/jersey barriers so you can also have a larger stock for rental or immediate purchase (with space for extra moulds to allow quicker production when you have large jobs) This change would allow the area in the office compound to be reconfigured to support staff accommodation and parking facilities without any blocking in. The current storage units by the offices could be also be relocated into the middle yard to make more space for the administrative, media and training functions. The mentions of office space changes are interesting as the London Olympic Games office/media boxes look like they are container based design so could this be the start of a new fully enclosed office complex allowing you to use the current ones for other purposes such as site offices on other projects. It would be interesting to see a modular office for you with the balcony to showcase the site and you company’s services. This would allow all your team to avoid outdoor stairs and make your site accessible for disabled visitors and potential staff members. I also look forward to see how your vehicle fleet develops considering a number of interesting comments you have made in this and previous editions. Keep up the great work. 41:37
I watched all the episodes of Building Impossible two weeks ago on Nat Geo channel here in the US. My favorite was the South African episode where they were building a bridge. You can tell Daniel was very at ease and in his element. The most fascinating was the first episode where they were building the Sphere in Las Vegas. Keep on the good work Daniel.
For delivery of smaller plant surely that would make sense to have something like your Land Rover and plant trailer to tow up to 2ton kit to site? Must be cheaper than a truck, faster and easier to load?
Daniel fair play with the server business I don't have a company or anything but it happens to me with things if people don't stand up to them it keeps happening
Daniel the weather is also a factor ur drivers should check their bins after offloading as material gets stuck to bin and sometimes it will fall out with different material types and then customer complains
This is a hard one! What car do you guys think Daniel is buying right now? Comment below 👇🏼 I think it’s the New Rolls Royce Spectre Or is it a Bentley?
Really looking forward to your personal channel. I don’t know how you fit everything in your life because you are always working,on the move. The 926 needs to be replaced too much down time.
It's the adblue system ask any body own has Truck or Machine. Ad blue cause most of the problems and it's never cheap. Ad blue is a disaster for any owner operator.
Daniel, have you considered retractable covers for your type 1 and sand bins? Will reduce fines reduction and reduce the sacrificial layer needed. Had similar issues with my guys digging into the sacrificial layer of sand. The rain will theoretically improve your other materials.
watched every video u made. Ashville has my favourite matching colours. i love trucks and transport, I bought ashville hoodie over year ago now and is only now starting to have the letters peeling off is sad because i like this hoodie.
Hey Daniel We at FlytteMændene I/S love watching your content. It is a great way to follow the life of a great entreprenur, with all the ups and the downs. How to run a business the right way. So keep up the content and just know, that it is inspiring 💪.
Looking forward to subscribing to the new channel, it will be good to see the other side of Daniel, love this channel and have been there since episode 1, it’s been great to see it evolve and the intricacies of running a business, a true inspiration for showing if you want something then you have to work damn hard for it. Keep up the great work👍🇬🇧
Daniel with the television series that has been brilliant by the way what happened to the episode about the building of the ship ? Can’t wait for your new TH-cam channel.
Question: A few weeks ago Yan posted a video from his sofa about the fact he is virtually immobile. Early this week he posted another in a hospital gown. Yet at the boxing he is bouncing around! 🤔
I have a question about the home automation set up, you mention a app for the home system, can that then be used for things like Alexa and or google home?
Hi bro I think you should consider hiring someone to manage the yard specifically as to allow you to stress free go out and check on the projects as they bring the money in also share the load
I had a loft apartment, I built another level above bedrooms, with scaffolding boards and poles as railings, girlfriend hated it. Had old rugs and couches. Totally man caved it out. Used ladder to get uto it
Danny boy, your NOT needed in the yard, "tel boy" is more than adequate of running the yard , you do what you do best, repping in your repmobile, your a great salesman 😊
Just started watching building impossible here in the United States. So far so good. Quick question, what did you learn and take away from your experience doing this show and how many of your fears did you overcome?
You’ve built a great shower room but wouldn’t it be better to run 22mm copper then reduce to 15mm just before the mixer tap. Better pressure on the shower.
That second channel needs to drop ASAP. You are a huge inspiration to me ❤
Thanks man appreciate it
Thanks man, glad I'm able to get you were you need to get

Not just liebherr mate, I’ve worked with many different machines with that shitty adblue system and its crazy how often they have issues
i said exactly the same about the Liebherr and I was told the same "you only hear of it when it breaks down" to which I responded "i know and it's almost every episode".
It's Sunday and I am watching Ashville weekly. Keep up the grand work Daniel.
This is one of the best episodes yet imo. Straight and to the point with all the info and humour mixed in. Awesome work and an awesome channel. Looking forward to the other channel dropping too.
I really like the look of Stormzy’s refurbishment project, especially the studio 💯
Is it definitely stormzys gaff 😆😳
The refurbishment project? How do we know
Also all the ‘artwork’ lights for his songs which have gone platinum etc
There is always one idiot that can possibly stop the refurbishment project content. Just keep your mouth shut and let us all enjoy it.
🎉 Good morning all it's Ashville Sunday weekly time.
Morning John
Best part of week ashville

So regardless of whether yours works, it’s a liability i wouldn’t want.
He says he's going to test it before use so if it fails he won't be using it
Good to show the brutal side of business I’m constantly sat at home pulling my hair out for services I’ve paid for but don’t get 😂
Terry doing his best to entertain in the Penfold costume in the Amarok :)
In some locations in London, someone did the maths, and it's sometimes cheaper to actually not pay for parking and pay the fine, that it is to actually pay for parking sometimes
the love between Dan and Michael is the best odonavon chronicles 😂😂😂😂😂

It’s Sunday morning and time for Ashville
Its Sunday morning and I'm out hustling and watching ashville
Course you are
as terry stated last week wet muck was getting stuck in tipper body's contaminating aggregates so unable to backload have you ever explored fitting Teflon quicksilver body liners ? I've got a tipper trailer they are something else for sticky loads such as compost 3 rams up and whoosh its gone
In Sweden we have both Liebherr and Volvo, but in the North Volvo is much more reliable.
Minus 30 climate and plus 30.
Kind Regards

Cannot wait for the second channel - a great idea. Thank you!
Just finished reading 3 pages about your business in the latest New Zealand Trucking magazine great content....
For delivery of smaller plant surely that would make sense to have something like your Land Rover and plant trailer to tow up to 2ton kit to site? Must be cheaper than a truck, faster and easier to load?
Much respect daniel for powering on through that old man industry and dealing with their BS
Ashville weekly to start your Sunday, war zone spectate bingo to end it 👌👌
Question… what is the land behind the storage bays? Is that not part of the yard?
Daniel, if O donovan isn't in the weekly video, i am disappointed so happy he's there.
Can’t wait to see some SERIOUS training vids on new channel 👍🏼
Daniel fair play with the server business I don't have a company or anything but it happens to me with things if people don't stand up to them it keeps happening
Definitely looking forward to that personal channel especially as someone who goes gym as well 💪🏼
Daniel the weather is also a factor ur drivers should check their bins after offloading as material gets stuck to bin and sometimes it will fall out with different material types and then customer complains
This is a hard one! What car do you guys think Daniel is buying right now? Comment below 👇🏼
I think it’s the New Rolls Royce Spectre
Or is it a Bentley?
Either be cool man
definitely a Spectre.
What a good idea Dan the fitness and nutrition is very important keep up the good work mate xxx
The tyre cage we used was a lot heavier than that it was built out of thicker tube does the insurance approve of the tyre cage
Really looking forward to your personal channel. I don’t know how you fit everything in your life because you are always working,on the move. The 926 needs to be replaced too much down time.

So happy to see you reap the rewards of success. Many don’t realise it’s taken years but it’s paid off! Hope you enjoy your new car 🎉
The 926 is needing its p45 a nice 16 or 20 ton rubber duck would be so handy in the yard
Looking forward to the 2nd channel big time, hopefully it’s not too long until it’s released!
i thought you were going to build a better garage area for your towney to do repairs when you bought the garage equipment
Second TH-cam will be sick! Buzzing for that! 👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Is that what Danielle's new car is? A Rolls Royce? I have been wondering what car he's getting. Roller be Cool.

Waiting for that behind the scenes channel to drop.... 🙌🏿👏🏿👍🏿
I have a question about the home automation set up, you mention a app for the home system, can that then be used for things like Alexa and or google home?
A start to end video of tyre bay please 😊
love the show, trouble is, it's getting too busy for such a small window.
Hard to imagine looking back at the classic lorries that one day the Volvos & scanias of today will be dinosaurs too
Haha. The flex you have got with o Donovan is true friendship. 😂
Hi bro I think you should consider hiring someone to manage the yard specifically as to allow you to stress free go out and check on the projects as they bring the money in also share the load
Sunday lunch and watching Ashville weekly nothing can beat this on a Sunday
I had a loft apartment, I built another level above bedrooms, with scaffolding boards and poles as railings, girlfriend hated it. Had old rugs and couches. Totally man caved it out. Used ladder to get uto it
Daniel if you couldn't see over the wall when lifting the compressor why didn't you just raise the cab up on the machine?
Terry looks like Penfold out of Danger Mouse when he put his glasses whilst
chauffeuring Daniel in the Amarok 😂
Danny boy, your NOT needed in the yard, "tel boy" is more than adequate of running the yard , you do what you do best, repping in your repmobile, your a great salesman 😊

The acoustics matts are horrible to install just had to do a ceiling in pink 15mm with acoustics matts was so heavy
Where’s this second channel? Can’t find it

Great video as always guys
I always sing ‘On The Roads Againnnn’ when I’m about to go in my car too 😂😂🔥
You could store that rubber floor underneath the sand! 🤗🤪
