Site of Buddy Holly's planned Home/Studio on outskirts of Lubbock

Its always been said that Buddy Holly had plans drawn up for a new home, which would also act as a studio. This is the actual site of what wouldve been an amazing new chapter in his musical life. I tracked it down. What could've been ❤️
