im watching this during quarantine and im craving for mac n cheese but all i got is pancit canton-
Peggy, your mac and cheese recipe is good. Only suggestion is to grate your own cheese and not buy pre shredded cheese. Usually pre shredded has a substance on it it help the cheese from sticking together in the bag. It doesnt melt as well and can cause your sauce to break up. Try shredding sharp cheddar, monterey jack and some gruyere cheese. the flavor is amazing . Make alot of sauce if you like it extra creamy because the pasta and or fries will absorb the sauce.

That looks delicious! My mom makes the best Mac and cheese. She uses multiple different cheeses and adds velveeta block cheese and cream cheese in it. It’s so good! She also uses different noodles, ones that are a little larger so the cheese sauce goes inside the pasta.

I make it the cheap way with boiled top ramen noodles, slice cheese and butter until it's all melted. Lol
If you over cook the ramen noodles, it won't taste good though. Just cook them long enough until the water begins to change color from the noodles cooking.

the way you made the mac n cheese is literally like nothing I've seen before. I always do like, boil the macaroni first, drain the water out and then add the cheese in the pot. So, that was cool.
Mac and cheese should always be made with a roux (the butter and flour mixture). It helps the cheese not turn into a glob of melted cheese but more of a sauce
The joy I would feel eating that - even though I would be intimidated by the quantity of food!
