I shot this video 23 years ago while in England with some friends. We all got to see them last night in Chicago for Riot Fest. It was truly one of the most amazing moments ever. I happened to see Blake at O'Hare airport the next day as we were flying back home. He was gracious enough to talk to me briefly and let me pose with him for a photo. Much respect Blake, you guys are amazing!
The venue is the Duchess of York not the tower of london. Myself and a few friends drove to Nottingham the day before so that we could see them play twice on this tour. Happy Memories!
Thought it looked like the duchess, and also thought surely there can't have been a popular touring punk band play leeds in that era and NOT play the Duchess. Fond memories.
Who did they play with at this show? Because Jawbreaker are absolutely flawless in this performance yet there are still douches and hecklers in the crowd which doesn't make sense to me.
I was at this gig. I think New Bomb Turks supported. and probably a really small local band. I don't really think I considered them hecklers just fans having a laugh. That was pretty standard at gigs at the time (maybe still is).

I like how no bands come to close to being this good 20 years later. Actually I don't, but you know what I mean.

Heckling is a tradition at UK punk shows. andrew falkous from mcklusky/future of the left has putting them down to an art form!
Jack Edge that dude is all time talkin' shit from the stage -- I'd agree , go so far as to say he's the best -- mcklusky --
