    need a load of auditors to visit this police station to film their interactions to make sure they are not abusing their powers

    • @waylingtons
      @waylingtons 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      People don’t realise what auditing is. NONE of these people are auditing anything. Literally all they do is walk around with a camera looking to provoke some kind of reaction out of someone, which generally works unfortunately. Taking pictures and videos of a police station does not fit the definition of ‘audit’ whatsoever.

    • @alexanderevans7426
      @alexanderevans7426 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@waylingtons What are you on about ?
      The police know it's not against the law to video or take photos in public. Be it a street, building Police station, council hall, army barracks etc. Also all car number plates are in the public domain, no matter who owns the car, that's why they are on the front and back of all cars, ( unless it's the queens car).
      A good audit is an audit where the police do not question and demand ID .
      This is a bad audit due to the police.
      I have come to the conclusion, due to your remark, that you are a cop or related to a cop.

    • @waylingtons

      @@alexanderevans7426 I’m not a cop. I’m not related to a cop. I’m pointing out the guy in the video isn’t doing anything constructive at all is he. Walking around with a camera looking for a reaction from an officer is not ‘auditing’.

    • @waylingtons
      @waylingtons 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Here’s a couple examples of the word ‘audit’ this guy isn’t doing any of them. Walking around with a camera filming a building I not an audit. It’s called being an annoying antagonistic idiot
      noun
      an official inspection of an organization's accounts, typically by an independent body.
      "audits can't be expected to detect every fraud"
      verb
      1.
      conduct an official financial inspection of (a company or its accounts).
      "unlimited companies must also have their accounts audited"
      It’s funny that just because someone doesn’t agree with people who don’t like the police that you automatically think I am a police officer or am related to one. In reality I can see when someone is looking for a reaction out of someone. It’s just antagonist bullsh*t and achieves absolutely nothing other than making a TH-cam video for some views and comments.

    As a middle aged man who’s had very few interactions with the police, my first thoughts on seeing auditing vlogs on TH-cam were, if the auditors have nothing to hide why don’t they give their names as I would? I also thought they were going just to wind up the police and deserved being searched and detained and cuffed.
    However as I’ve watched more and seen the way the police act towards auditors I’m totally transformed. I honestly believe there are many rotten coppers throughout all the constabularies in the UK. My trust of the police is now at absolute zero. I’m flabbergasted at how poorly trained the average constable is and how low their knowledge is of laws they are supposed to be upholding. I’m pretty sure I would be fired from my job if I was as badly informed as most police seem to be. I would now never voluntarily give my name and hope I never have to deal with any police constables ever. It depresses me how much money and resources are poured into policing for such a bad service.
    The awful plain clothed officers were absolute tyrants and their contempt and treatment of you was an absolute disgrace. I’m appalled.

It only is an issue if victims actually uphold their duty to file and collect and hold them accountable for their treasonous crimes, otherwise they are free to do as they please with anyone they want with impunity.

      I totally agree with you on that point, if there was mass auditing by more than one auditor this situation would not arise, its time do it groups and do a thorough job, audit all the police station like this one that assaults auditors, also its time to start suing in court for such behaviour as was seen on this audit, the one in the red teeshirt is a total scruff if he had tried that on in Scotland he would have got sorted out on the spot, no if's and no but's, I think I will coming down South to do an audit of that station, all they are doing the cops are is making the situation a lot worst, and that is the reason auditing such stations will continue until they get it into their thick skulls you don't go about assaulting members of the public with camera's that is only make things a lot worse for them the police,no wonder they are despised by the public at large, and that is a born out fact, its time for Chief Police Officers to get this kind of behaviour sorted out by their officers against their employers the public.

    Under section 1 of PACE, a police constable may stop, detain, and search any person or vehicle in a public place, as long as the officer has 'reasonable grounds' for suspecting that they will find stolen or prohibited articles - such as drugs or a weapon, etc. The premise was a "person with a camera" which in their mind translates to "a threat" - a giant leap in itself. So how do you get from a camera to a weapon (for example) in order to lawfully search under PACE?
