- Recently I had the opportunity to share with Holly Bernstein my testimony on believing God for a husband.
Some of you know my story -- I believed God and stood on His word for a Godly husband and marriage. In this 30-minute interview, I share that story and I share how I am currently standing (not as strong as I would like) for children.
You know, we go from faith to faith.
We have some faith successes, and then there are new challenges (or opportunities) to believe God.

Just broke out in tears on my knees crying out to God for strength waiting for my husband. Then this video popped up on my feed.
I enjoyed your testimony, I am 44 and still waiting on the Lord to bless me with someone, it's not easy being that old and still waiting but God has graced me the strength.
I met my husband at 45 hold on.

Beautiful testimony I would of liked for her to share how she knew he was the one ? What should us ladies in the waiting season look for I’ve met so many counterfeit that’s im emotionally drained 😣😩but honestly if I was to meet someone 28 years older I would never think he is is the one 🤔and would probably miss on my husband 😒🥹that’s is why I wanted her to share how did she know
The part where you in essence said press into and get to know God while you wait is amazing potent and vital. Ladies! Hear this, zone into the Lord while you wait.
A year later & I’m just seeing this but this just blessed me so much.

Is that I.n Your book?
Yes, Number 2 sounded like a winner but God began showing me things about that number 2 which didn't line up with His word so lots of red flags there. I do share about how to recognize counterfeits in my book, and I think to sum up how do you know if the one is the ONE...I would say God's peace. (Also, godly counsel...) we went on a "tour" meaning, my now husband met my Pastor, I met his Pastor, I took him around people that I knew loved and cared for me and I respected their opinions as well about my future mate.

This was very good. I love the realness and Vulnerability. Sometimes ppl share their story and make it seem like it was easy waiting and yes granted for some it was but many of us have highs and lows within our season. I love how God wants us to be vulnerable with him about where we’re at because He knows it can be a struggle to wait and He wants to help us in that.
This came on my feed I was just telling my therapist who is also Christian that I am being tested in this season. I hope he fufills im weary

Thanks for this video. I realize from my own story that all the frustration is a tool for God to contrast and sharpen our faith thereby producing hope and patience.
It'd have been beautiful to just ask and receive right away but then you wouldn't be prepared for the days when the enemy comes back to attack. You wouldn't have had enough patience to sit through the tough times of marriage cos yeah, as a single you can go through some things quietly but when y'all are together, every small issue is an opportunity to break up.

You think 70 is old? I thought so too till I turned 60. To the Lord, age is not always an issue.
How would I know if I’m believing God for a counterfeit
Look at the fruit in his life. Do his actions, habits, and behaviors glorify God? Ask God to show you anything you need to see about him.
Something will feel off. If he's continually trying to sleep with you. If he's resistant to pray and seek fellowship & accountability...beware.
She wants to have kids with someone who is not going to be around that much longer. That's unfair to the kid.
As if YOU know exactly how long a specific person's lifespan is and also what is or is not just and fair and perfect according to God's plan? Are YOU God? Sit down 😂
@@carlaogden Folks are worried about the wrong things.
Her husband could be 40 and die soon. Noone knows anyone's lifespan. She's trusting God.
