Since this has just been prevalent and increasing since the 1990s, could there be any correlation with the increase in glyphosate use?

PPI’s should not be used long term. They interfere with the production of nitric oxide in the body, essential for long term health of the microbiome. As I understand it. Can you please comment. Thank you

Sorry about your daughter having to go through this. My 14 y old son was diagnosed with EoE 3 yrs ago. We tried PPIs but he didn’t like the way he felt so we stopped them. We had to change a GI doctor as the first one was clueless and couldn’t care less. The new GI doc put him on a slurry of chocolate syrup and budesonide. He takes it morning and night and really worked!!!
I would suggest you ask your GI doctor about this treatment.
      Good luck❤

. My gastro said my son eczema dosent correlate to his eoe . I'm glad I'm changing him . My dermatologist dosent agree with either.
