Hello guys My Honda Amaze VMT Diesel Got issue after the major service.
I have shared the detailed process of the DPF.
Also Please contribute to keep our mother earth clean by not throwing anything on roads and stop others from doing so!
Try to use garbage bags or car dustbins and throw them in dustbin once you stop somewhere.

DPF's are expected to get clogged if you only do short distance drives frequently and no long highway drives in between.
DPF's requires high temperatures in exhaust to burn the soot particles which only gets achieved on long runs.
So take your car to highway drive once in a while if you are driving in traffic/short distance conditions often.

Sir I drived for 92 kms but Nothing changed in dpf light
Bhai meri commercial hai itna chalti hai uske baad bhi lagatar aa rahi hai 500 se 1000 km ke baad
Clean krwalo DPF filter service center jakr. Wo poora open krk 1 din lenge or clean krdenge. Mere sath bhi yehi ho raha tha har 500-1000 km pr aajati thi light, fir sc walo be 1 din rakhi gadi poora filter open krk aache se clean kia ab 2-3k se to nai aaye light.
With bs6 Diesel.... If you are driving in city or short drives then you have to keep an habit of driving in a slightly higher rpm... Basicaly to heat up the exhaust. This will burn up the soot. Then you will notice very less dpf issues.

@Amogh Agarwal Bhai sare Diesel owners ko ye issue face karna padrahah hai, mine was one month old altroz, bus 3000 km chali or dpf issue indicator on hogaya, india me BS6 gaddi ya to agaye hai bus fuel abhi bhi BS4 hi chal rahah hai jisase ye problem jada arahi hai, car manufacturers update there technology on demand of govt, but govt. don't update fuel yet due to that we facing problem in our vehicles.

As on today should I purchase Amaze diesel or Tigor CNG? My monthly drive will be 2000 km + please advise
Brother BS6 diesel engine have DPF issues. Although its not that it will effect you much. But it will.
Also If it will be your only car then I’ll suggest you with diesel as boot space will be nothing in CNG cars.
And if you are only getting it as a secondary car then just go ahead with the CNG
2000+ km means 4-5 tanks of fuel every month that brings to 140-170 LTR of fuel
Which will cost you 14000-17000 per month just for fuel.
And CNG will be half of it not even half
But CNG has its own Cons aswell.
So take the decision wisely.

This issue is with all BS6 diesel engines
How's AC performance at standing position in your car.. Direct Sunlight
In direcf sunlight it takes 2 mins to cool the front cabin and 5-7 minutes to cool the entire cabin.
Ac temp. At low and fan speed 3 or 4
In normal conditions or running from long 24temp and 1 fan speed is more then required.
I am so much satisfied with the AC

City running and short running is the main cause for DPF.....

True My experience is also the same, but it was there in recent models of BS6 Diesel.

Pump ka issue hai and diesel bs6 me DPF ka.
However fuel pump is getting replaced free of cost and its one time issue

I have honda city diesel 2015 model after 2019 there is constant light of PGFMI the company was saying u need to change many things they were costing around 1 lakh i never visted never done anything and touchwood done around 1 lakhs km nothing happened even when doing servicing after mareket mobil oil

True. Mai apni tata manza ki service aise hi krwata hu. Extra charge to sabhi brands krte hai.
And I guess engine me koie fault nai hoga koie PGFMI light se. Normal koie fuse uda hoga.

You drive in very low rpm... try to keep close to or higher than 2000 rpm

No bro koie issue nahi hai kyuki 5k pr wo kch nai krte only check krte hai. To ap 10k wali service kara skte ho or apke pass ek free coupon bach gya hoga 5k wali jisme labour free hoti hai. Wo dhayn se rakhna or 20k wali me labour free krwalena. Or iske bare me

Amaze S any day bro. Built quality aachi milegi honda ki service bhadia milegi. For reliablity and smooth experience go for honda.
Baleno me apko engine performance better milegi apko lekin built quality aachi nahi hai.
So agar apko overall aacha experience chhaiye to honda.
Else agar apko punchy engine chhaiye or built quality se compromise kr skte ho to baleno

Amaze. I have diesel amaze and i have completed 28k in just one year even when it was locked down for 3 months.
I have driven max 950 km in a single day and never felt that I was tired or I have a bad experince in long drives

Absolutely. I drive keeping my driver seat all the way back still 3 average size can fit easily. Plus boot space is 420L segment best. So boot space is also very spacious.
