I also recently experienced the pain of trying to fit too much components on a small board (not as much small as yours but it's my first time designing PCB). Your result looks great, and I find it even more impressive now that I have a better idea of just how much work must have went into it.

WOW you have steady hands. good work A spray finish with a vinyl mask for the buttons would give you a better surface finish, but It probably looks very uniform in person anyway, the camera honing in on it just makes imperfections more obvious

When I ordered this the 3d prints had to be ordered and shipped separately from PCBs, so although the prints only cost $2, I had to pay an extra $16 for shipping even though I was already paying for shipping on the PCBs. They did say they will offer combined shipping in the future though.
