I’ve clearly been doing this mission all wrong over the years. I’ve always built Kirovs and just flown up the left side of the map and straight to the target. Lol.
If you're able to capture the Allied Construction Yard and keep it alive (alternatively, capture the War Factory first and build an Allied Service Depot while you have the chance), you can eventually build a Weather Control Device for some extra fun!
I do this except to do spy satellite. Unfortunately it always bugs the kirovs at the airport so recommended to do it after getting them first, otherwise they stay hostile but eventually switch to your side but then they won't attack properly. Weird bug.
Weather device one shot chronosphere and if you are careful what I do I don’t trigger the auto chrono ifvs and prism then It is a charm killing everything with 2 mammouth tank
Had a lot of trouble fighting Yuri. Then I mixed up my tactics. Try to build as many Kirov's from the start. Put all money in it. Sell all buildings to try and keep building as much as possible. Head to the right bottom corner. Make your way up and then head left to directly destroy the Kremlin. Think I managed to build 12 Kirov's. Had almost all left after finishing.
@@troltroltroltrolguy i just had a few kirovs force fire on the routes yuris troops used so they would be thinned out an weakened by the time they reached by base then as soon as the kirovs became elite withdraw them and replace them with new ones then slowly use the fleet of elite kirovs to advance on yuris postions
me while watching: why dont you build V3 rockets to destroy the prism towers?? why not train many yuris for defense on incoming prism tanks?? whats the use of your cloning vats then?? haha well thats just me. good game though.
You summed it up nicely, everyone and their own game method. It also happens to me that I look at someone else playing and get mad at how certain things are not done. It even happens to me that I sometimes look at videos of myself, and criticize myself in the process 😅

Go to your game folder > Search for "RA2.ini" file and edit the "Video" options like that: [Video] VideoBackBuffer=no ScreenWidth=1920 ScreenHeight=1080 StretchMovies=no *If you dont have the line "VideoBackBuffer=no", just add it for a smoother game. *If you have Yuri's Revenge expansion, do the same with "RA2md.ini" file. You can set the resulotion to anything you want. 1440x900 is also good one
You would think you couldn't use clone Yuris all things considered for this mission. Anyone else understand the ending, like did Yuri end up cutting his brain out of his head and he's at large, did he somehow get into your head after all? Is the world now under yuri's control and you're the puppet? Find out, next week
I'm personally, installed game from EA Origin, and its works fine. But you will be need to set some parameters in ini files, and do not use ALT+TAB in game in my case.
I love how she says "They won't be expecting us here," but then you start this mission and they start teleporting units into your base.

Always did this, nuke+weather control makes this mission easy.

I found this level too easy for a final level. The level before where you fight yuri is much harder

Man i was so naive back then, all i did was ferry around 30 apocs... and hope it was enough to get to the chronosphere.
I think using only some Kirovs and Dreadnoughts not only simpler but funnier to complete this mission
Think of this as not the the final boss, but rather an epilogue
