Nice piece of history! Reminds me of going to Riverside in So Cal and watching the 956's, 962's, and 935's dominating everything. Been with the product at the dealer level as a tech since 81, so have had Porsche blood running in my veins for more than 35 years! I couldn't fathom working any other product doing what I do! Thanks for sharing!!!

Thankyou for the terrific insight into this fabulous machine! I'm about to begin building a scale model version of this car and the in depth footage has been priceless to make sure I get everything as accurate as possible thanks again

its wonderful listening to you about this amazing car. Now i have a question, compared to a 993 chassis, this "seems" to have the roof chopped and/or the top of the doors higher. In that aspect, how does it differ from a 993 ???

The main steel chassis IS a 993 from the production line (cut from behind the driver) but it is combined with a carbon chassis. Porsche went through mush more for the homologation process than anybody!

I rode Sebring on a number of occasions, with Sachs "shocks" which were actually my forks and a coilover on motorcycles... And I must say this man is absolutely correct on both accounts. Anyway, 50k for a radiator? WTF 😐
