Excellent review. I might try to get one of these- my first choice was the Black Magic Atem Mini, but this has that beat.

What an awesome alternative to atem which tends to be pretty expensive, but simple setup, great for a low cost mobile streaming /camera setup thank you for sharing!!

Is there an option to layer more than 2 inputs? For example Input 3 on top of Input 2 on top of Input 1 (and able to move & resize any of the 3 inputs)??

do you know if you are able to see a camera multicam view on vmix?? or is only possible on the blackmagic software and the Atem mini? Also if I connect the audio via hdmi on a stereo signal, would you be able to control it A and B on the switcher??
I don't know about Vmix, I have never used it and a quick check of their website doesn't mention Sprolink as supported hardware. Also I have never used audio in that way, I imagine it would work but I am just guessing.

Hey! I'm curious as to which PTZ you're using. I'm building a video podcast setup and considering this switcher but want a decent compatible PTZ.

I don't have any other PTZ cameras so I can't really recommend one for you unfortunately.
Hey Friend I Got the R2Plus but cant find the Software for It...I download the software but it don't work on my computer.
What do you need the software to do? You can live stream right from the device. Or you can use software like OBS. If you are trying to control the switcher like I did in the video, then you can do that from the web browser. Download the manual it will show you how.
Can one of the HDMI outputs be configured to display the multicam view or are they both locked into a program view only?
No unfortunately it does not output the multi-cam view.

Have you try to connect an audio interface for exmple the tascamPortacapture X8 or any other with more than 2 inputs. Mine was distorting the signal
I have not done that. How did you connect it? Did you use Tascam Line Out **to** Neolive Mic 1?
Connecting a line-level source to a mic-level input will cause the sound to be loud and distorted because the line-level signal is much stronger than what the mic input will accept.
I have comnected my zoom h6 to it.
@@kirkriley9462 Glad it is working for you. I think it can depend on the mic you use and the gain. I’m not sure I will test more when I have time.

By default I think it is 192.168.5.163 Normally you would just type that in your web browser, but I don't think it would work for you. It would depend on what you set the IP address to be. You want to set the internet settings to be compatible to what your home internet settings are.
