Im MBA hired, joined accenture on 26th july. I’ve been assigned delivery unit but not project. My preference was gurgaon, pune, bangalore. But they sent me chennai. With location mail they mentioned to refrain from requesting location change as it is as per business requirement.
When it is good time to apply for change? I have genuine issue my father has serious health issues.
See current market it's very difficult... If you really need this job you need to wait for market to get stabilised

Nowadays they are not replying properly regarding location change, if you don't get an reply you need to report to the given location itself

Once consult with your onboarding HR if there is availability in your desired location
The onboarding HR is not yet in contact with us they didn't specify any person to contact and the location and date has to be confirmed within today
Then you don't have an option you must accept that and try to change after you join...

Hr is not picking up call and not responding to mails. I want to change the location . I have accepted the offer. So which team will take care recruiting team or on-boarding team. Due to this issue i have not yet resign from my Current organization. Its been 5 days i am trying to get in touch with hr who called me regarding offer. Do i wait or resign.

In my team people are working around India mostly Chennai and some of them are working from Mumbai, I joined Accenture and onboard from the Mumbai location. I am from Indore (mp), now there is Accenture in Indore also so what initiative I should take to relocate to Indore office
As of now get into project stay there for few months then ask for relocation u will get that time and everything depends on project

Yes there are chances you can get released try to ask for Wfh to your project manager
When date of joining mail come, when on-boarding mail will come. I have accepted offer . But they didn't asked me for preferred location.

After onboarding, how many months it takes to change the location?
After onboarding it totally depends on your manager... You need to give some valid reason to request for location change
But if that bulk location change happens again you will get a mail you can do through that without giving any reason

What will happen if I didn't clear ASA assesment rt2 ?? Is it really imp?? Like is it ok just u cleared lkm fundamentals not ASA
You need to clear the ASA as well...you will get 3 chances totally you need to get the minimum marks

Just at the time of onboarding ask for extension of DOJ but due to recession it is very risky to extend DOJ

Yes, like after joining you can speak up with your manager and change it.. for else when fastract location change comes you can apply
