The legend of Prince Ram from 1992 was the perfect mixture of cultures, a century old story from India with class leading direction of animated story telling from Japan. The fact that movie still holds up as one of the best depictions of this epic 30 years after it's release and the fact that this teaser fails humongously in doing the same is actually mind blowing. My respect for the 1992 animated version just went up 10 fold

Apart from the VFX which is already a huge disappointment, Shree Ram is known for his 'Shant Soumya Roop'. Here Prabhas sincerely lacks such aura. If showing physique makes someone fit for the role of Shree Ram than they just did a huge mistake. The Fact Arun Govil ji who didn't have such physique but portrayed the role Shree Ram with such 'Shant and Soumya Roop' is what Audience expected from Prabhas.
Ravana role by Saif Ali Khan somehow looks good but not upto the mark. Kisko pta tha ki ravana ko modern hairstyle de denge film me.
'Ramayana the legend of Prince Rama' is so far the best animated version of Ramayana which is based on Original 'Valmiki Ramayana'.
And also Prabhas's physics is not real at all 💀

The vfx doesn't look good , but please don't insult the vfx makers , according the budget the production house makes the movies , as a individual artist we are being told what to do and what not we can't add until our above supervisor say it .
