@@SteveJohnson-s9rGM Steve! Of the seven stocks, did you buy stocks or options? I’m a beginner! Did you purchase them and set them on limit order or stop loss? Please help.
Hello Chris, I just went through your website, I just joined the membership community. The $5 slot is being sold out. Pls, I from, Nigeria, how do get started? I wish to buy cheap, and bullish stocks for keeps , for at least one year. I've $350 ,
My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

Yes, I've been in constant touch with a Financial Analyst for approximately 8 months. You know, these days it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or keep. That's where my manager comes in, to help me with entry and exit points in the industries I'm engaged in. Can’t say I regret it, I’m 40% up in profits just in 5months with my initial capital of $160k
How can one find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances.

I just googled her name and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a call.
My portfolio for the past 30 years has always been self managed and I own 3 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock (BRK:A) which I bought in at about $17,000 during the mid 90s, I'm currently liquidating some of these positions to incoporate new Gen. Stocks, but am I better off re-investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now.
Invest in S&P 500 ETF, for as long as possible. Do it as often as you can. Try not to withdraw this money and let compounding do its work. Prioritize patience and a long-term perspective most importantly consider financial advisory for informed buying and selling decisions.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.

It's enticing to consider purchasing some stocks in this bull run. I'm contemplating investing more than $300k for retirement. While the bull run can generate short-term excitement, i also need long-term investment strategy
It seems like there's potential, but caution is warranted. hence I will advice you get yourself a financial advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I used to depend on TH-cam videos but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Stacy Lynn Staples’’ for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I found her page by searching for her entire name online. After that, I emailed her and we set up a meeting so we could talk; I'm currently waiting on her response.
Am regretting not investing in stocks ever since but still grateful i kept money in the money market. With about $200k maturing soon, i plan investing in the stock market. What stocks should I look into as a newbie to safely grow my money?
That's when you hire someone to manage your money. You need a (CFP) straight up! personally, I would invest in EFT's and also love investing in individual stocks.
Taking control of my portfolio initially led to losses in 2022. Recognizing the need for a strategic shift, I consulted a fiduciary advisor. By restructuring and diversifying with dividend stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and REITs, my $1.2M portfolio achieved an impressive annualized gain of 28%.
I have a female advisor named Mary Terese Singh. I recommend researching her. To be very honest, I'm glad I decided to let someone handle expanding my finances even though I almost didn't think I should.
Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Yeah, brokerage AdvisoRs could make a lot of difference. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of investors raking in 6 to 7 digits in a space of months. So, I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and the least I returned was $140k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.
I don't know if I am permitted to go into details here, but mine is Jenienne Miniter Fagan and you could also look her up though I'm not so sure she's taking on new people atm.
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.
I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
'Carol Vivian Constable, a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
As an investment enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to approach to help me make over $400k like some people are this season.
I believe the safest approach is to diversify investments especially under professional; guide. You can mitigate the effects of a market meltdown by diversifying their investments across different asset classes such as stocks, etfs etc It is important to seek the advice of an expert.
I agree. Based on my personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $385k in a well-diversified portfolio that has seen exponential growth. It's not just about having money to invest in stocks; you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have the strength to hold on during market fluctuations

In recent years, a significant portion of the stock market returns have been driven by just a handful of companies that have come to be known as the “Magnificent 7” (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, AMZN, META, TSLA) Which of these stocks do you consider the 'healthiest' in terms of profit and risk? I have about 300k ready money to invest for my eventual retirement.
If you don’t understand the markets then stick to an index like the sp500. Dollar cost average and hold long term, or better still consider financial advisory
@arlenehill4ril thanks for sharing, I must say Karen appears to be quite knowledgeable.. just inputted her full name on the web and at once came across her consulting page, no bs!
Based on my 3-4 years of experience with dividend investing, my best advice is to adopt a long-term mindset. While dividends offer attractive income, their true potential lies in the remarkable compounding effect that unfolds over time. With a $350,000 portfolio, I'm now seeking to optimize its performance by adding high-potential companies. I'd love to hear your ideas and insights
Many people underestimate the value of financial advisors until they've suffered losses due to emotional decision-making. I learned this lesson the hard way after my divorce a few summers ago. To keep my business afloat, I sought out a licensed advisor with exceptional credentials. Thankfully, I found an expert who has been instrumental in growing my reserves despite inflationary pressures, increasing my wealth from $275,000 to $850,000. Her guidance has been invaluable, and I now recognize the importance of seeking professional advice to navigate complex financial situations.

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
@@HardikKaufeld I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $480k in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. I'm approaching retirement and having a financial advisor has been helpful. I started investing later than most, so relying on compound interest from Etf's or bonds alone wasn’t enough for me. Despite that, I’ve managed to do well and am on track to retire with around $2 million

The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.
I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!

I've seen some real success in markets, but I've also learned some valuable lessons along the way. For anyone just starting out, especially newcomers, it's crucial to really understand the market before jumping in. Trading can bring a lot more potential than just holding, but it took me over two years to realize that relying solely on chart predictions isn’t always the best route. What truly shifted my approach was getting personalized guidance from Ryan Brooks his insights made everything so much clearer.
I always preach, stop trading by yourself, especially if you're a newbie. find a mentor or community that will help you learn TA and risk management, then start trading.
I’m making around 14k weekly with barely any trading 😂. It’s not a huge amount, but it definitely takes the edge off financial stress. It really shows that with the right strategy, great results are achievable!

Hi Chris, I found this to be excellent information for new "older" investors. I own VTSAX but VOO looks great also. Thanks for all the info you provide. Slow and steady wins the race!
The S&P500 outperformed all of them this year and the little bit of dividend one would receive from these stocks isn't enough to make up for loss not being in the s&p.
i have 5 shares with SPHY but ive been thiking about buying some SCHD shares cuz they pay higher dividends. ill see how the following month goes when i get the dividends. its my first time recieving a dividend payment so im kind of excited. thanks cris
If you are investing for the long term you buy when you have money. In 20 years it won’t matter if you bought SCHD at $20 or $25. Most of the time when you “wait” for a pull back to a certain point it never pulls back that far and you are missing out on dividends and compounding interest!

I don't know if I am permitted to go into details here, but mine is Jenienne Miniter Fagan and you could also look her up though I'm not so sure she's taking on new people atm.
You want to be in the mrkt more so now than ever before
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling.
I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
please who is the consultant that assist you with your investment and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
'Carol Vivian Constable, a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran an online search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve been managing my portfolio myself, but it’s not working out. Do you have any recommendations for a good investment advisor? I could really use some help.
Teresa L. Athas a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked her up on Google and explored her website; she has an impressive background in investments. I've sent her an email, and I hope to hear back from her soon!
Just discovered your channel with this video. I already own shares of CSWC and SCHD. I'll also add MAIN to my portfolio. But I'd like suggestions on long-term opportunities to explore that could make solid additions to my $250k portfolio for stable cashflow.
There are actually a lot of ways to make high yields in a crisis, but such trades are best done under the supervision of Financial advice
@@ThomasChai05Could you possibly recommend a CFA you've consulted with?
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since everyone's situation varies, but I've worked with *Izella Annette Anderson* for years and highly recommend her. Look her up to see if she meets your criteria.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
@arlenehill4ril very encouraging for folks starting out like myself, could you be kind enough with details of your advisor please?
Impressive gains! How can I get your advisor please, if you don't mind me asking? I could really use a help as of now.
My CFA *Julianne Iwersen Niemann* a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her a message. I hope she gets back to me soon.
It's not only about having money to invest in stocks; you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent and have strong hands to back it up.
@@MattheoPuiu Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service? Seems you've figured it all out.
@@VidovicKuball There are many independent advisors to choose from. But I work with MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY and we've been working together for almost four years and she's fantastic. You could pursue her if she meets your requirements. I agree with her.

My concern is whether I can continue to sustain my standard of living with $550k and avoid outliving my savings. Every withdrawal makes me a bit unsettled
I'm approaching retirement and having a financial advisor has been helpful. I started investing later than most, so relying on compound interest from Etf's or bonds alone wasn’t enough for me. Despite that, I’ve managed to do well and am on track to retire with around $2 million

I'm DCAing in Abel Dorsey as well. ETH heavier DCA and ALGO. I'm taking your advice and starting Google tomorrow with a 50 dollar purchase and continuing Microsoft and Apple. VTI and VOO on another app and longterm portfolio. Here we go family!
I noticed Abel Dorsey . I find the $10 prediction intriguing. It's time to get specific about the project.
You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on
That does make a lot of sense, unlike us, you seem to have the Market figured out. Who is this consultant?
My financial adviser is Gabriel Alberto William , he is not just a broker, he is a financial adviser that gives advice on any financial matters
Thank you for the lead, curiously searched the web with his full name and spotted his consulting page and i will email him right away, hoping he gets back to me on time
Investors, keep an eye on Abel Dorsey. Something big might be brewing!

Love the Abel Dorsey content. I think this project is just as essential as HBAR and they both will be great movers
Great video. Im a huge Abel Dorsey fan and love your videos on it.

Yes!!! Coach listening!!! Red days are becoming my favorite days!!!❤❤
The S&P500 outperformed all of them this year and the little bit of dividend one would receive from these stocks isn't enough to make up for loss not being in the s&p.

Great dividend AND stock appreciation 🙏🏿
JEPQ has been doing great!

Do you feel that spyi is a good dividend stock? Pays monthly. Or do you recommend something else
i have 5 shares with SPHY but ive been thiking about buying some SCHD shares cuz they pay higher dividends. ill see how the following month goes when i get the dividends. its my first time recieving a dividend payment so im kind of excited.
thanks cris
If you are investing for the long term you buy when you have money. In 20 years it won’t matter if you bought SCHD at $20 or $25. Most of the time when you “wait” for a pull back to a certain point it never pulls back that far and you are missing out on dividends and compounding interest!
Been buying voo, shcd, vti, and qqq for 6 months
How do we know and see the dips??
Needing good dividend plays for January, April, July, October to fill out my year.

Yo appreciate the game you give us everyday. I had my eyes on JEPI, MO, and SCHD. Im mostly trading options though and invested in crypto. Hopefully I get the payout Im aiming for and now I have a better idea on how to build my portfolios. Roth IRA, Growth, Dividend, Crypto, and options.
I've been invested in CLM for about a year and up 25% with it dripping at the NAV on etrade....I haven't found a downside to CEFs yet but it's been pretty bullish lately...is there a reason you never cover them? Anyway love your stuff, coach and been watching you for years and you've truly been killing and it's taken all these years to finally see the ebb and flow you talk about. It's so hard to see it in the beginning wish I had the faith to wait it thru like you recommend in some stocks back then...so hard to hold when it gets so bloody
Very admirable indeed. You’re a gem even though I don’t always understand. What about TAXES????
I’ve got a few of my divs from you! Main, VZ, & CSWC. I also picked up STWD, & GSBD, last but not least I have AVGO. I never thought I would find a ETF better than SCHD until I discoverer CGDV it’s relatively new…. BUT MAN!!! It’s a dividend fund that acts like growth fund, but also have companies that will perform well in down markets this one has it all ! Also only 1.88% dividend that’s goal is to grow that dividend over time … so it’s great for tax or Roth check it out guys!!
Just sold a property in Texas and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery?
