I think cousin Billy needs his own show.
Will cleaning the contacts solve my issue - sometimes my camera won't autofocus and I need to either remove the lens and put it back on to get it working again, or I gently turn the bit at the end of the lens while in auto mode and it starts working again (almost like it might have been slightly stuck or something). I use a Nikon D3200, it's not the greatest camera but I think it's pretty good

Could also be a contact issue inside the lens or the camera body. The way you describe it I would also persue something loose in either part. It sounds like a fairly simple fix if you can pinpoint what part has the problem. Changing to a different lens should rule out where the issue is, then investigate from there.

70/30, like 70 Isopropanol 30 water mix?

The less water the better result. The water just keeps things from flash drying out. Might have to experiment depending on your climate and how fast things dry. I live in Asia now so everythig is slower with high humidity.
