Great review! I just finished reading this - it took me about 3 days too. This was such a strong 2nd book in this series - I loved the variety of fae, the action scenes, the fact that Emily was leading the charge, the romance, and Poe (I adore Poe and his adoration for his tree and his willingness to help them). I am looking forward to the 3rd book.
I am so glad you liked it too! I definitely agree, I was shocked by how good it was especially with being a sequel. I liked it so much better than the first one. I was like wow… she really evolved the story in such a good way! I was so glad Poe came back! I was like how are they going to involve him, but I also loved snowball too. Lol he was so cute to me, even though they were wilding with trying to eat Rose he captured my heart too. It just was really good even the new villagers and how different their interactions were than the first ones. I can’t wait for book 3 too! So we shall see what she has in store. ❤
