Top tips Julian 👍 Have never done even a single 100 miler so all good to know. I do worry what the dentist would make of that water, though ... 😶 I guess a swig of regular, straight up H2O as the chaser so to speak would sort that out though.

I might add to ride the bike a few times after repairs to assure they got it right.
