You can’t send custom messages made by yourself when in a match; this is to prevent abuse or spam. But you can send messages made by UNO! themselves under “Emoji”.
U can’t play draw 4 if u have a same Colour which is going on its illegal so if u think opponent has the colour but still is playing draw 4 u can challenge it if he has the same colour he will have to pic up 4 card if he don’t have that colour u have to pic up 6 . 2 extra as a penalty
