I like how stories tend to reflect an authors personality or life experiences, but with manga it’s also portrayed through their drawing. When stories line up with their art, it makes me feel like the artist is really comfortable with their style
Kubo is the GOAT. Lol. Grabs a permanent marker and freehands not just one character, but two characters on the same page, and also freehands the name of the Manga/Anime down the middle. Kubo is my favorite anime and manga artist. I just wish they would animate the last arc of bleach already.
lmao.. Oda's so chill. I don't care how shitty he draws in these events but the man is very hardworking and One Piece Manga is superior in terms of scenarios, background and effects.
Uh...no. In art alone, Obata outclasses them all. Seriously, the detail put into Bakuman's and Death Note's backgrounds is outright insane. One piece have higher artistic value in the sense the designs are more creative, crazier or have an uniqueness to them, but Obata's art is just cleaner. www.mangapark.com/manga/Death-Note/c2/12 I mean, the very fact he does't uses hatching to solve everything makes it more pleasing to the eye. Oda's oversaturated backgrounds are at times hurtful to the eye and make hard to see anything.
Ashyneko NOPE. Shaman King doesn't look realistic, neither does Soul Either ad both have superior art to One Piece. One Piece has shortcomings in the art like roughness on the line art or the lack of detail in the shading. You can design your characters whatever the hell you want, but details like this make it look a lot less appealing, and "uniqueness" doesn't change those shortcomings. Mangas are visual. If the art-style doesn't look appealing, the reader is likely to not get invested on the overall manga. You can't blame people for not feel interested in a manga that, quite honestly, feels rushed when being drawn because of details like that. I have to agree that Oda compensates with imagination and consistency(it doesn't wander all over the place like Bleach does) but improving the art would benefit him.
Ohhh that was refreshing to watch all sort of unique styles and drawings these 4 mangaka possess. The bgm for Obata-sensei's definitely fits the way he draws and Oda-sensei's literally speed drawing, kakkoi na~ Not to mention Bleach and Naruto meticulously drawn. These guys sure got talent alright ^^
Slightly Biased Kevin Durant Fan poor guy, the anime ruined his amazing story. The toxic fanbase also kinda ruined it for me and the bandwagon Sakura hate
@Zuxeii xei bleach hasnt even a good plot. And the fights are always the same. One piece is garbage especially the fights and animation and drawing. The events are always the same with streching episodes. The characters design in one piece is trash and you know that especially the new characters. Oda dont know how to draw good characters. My little sister can draw better lmao. The villains in op and bleach are always the same without a good goal. The characters are not deep in op and bleach. The events in op are so slow and boring. The fights in bleach always with swords. Naruto has all the kind of fights. Taijutsu, genjutsu, ninjutsus, kenjutsu, fuinjutsu, suijutsu and more... One piece and bleach sucks in everything. Especially the characters. Naruto is the best in fights and story and characters and drama. The characters in naruto are so deep especially the villains. And you know that. Dont lie. The characters design and the abilities of all the characters are so creative. Oda sucks in this things. You remember mr 2 and 3 in one piece lmao😂😂. The goal of the characters are unique and so good. The fights are so good. One piece = 900 100% fillers and streching and boring and trash episodes Bleach= 50% trash episodes with repetetive fights 50% fillers.

Takeshi Obata is such an inspiration for me! I love his style of drawing ! More in his series Death Note and Platinum End but I love the very sharp art of Bakuman too! Suits the vibe of the manga!
I got super excited at Oda’s drawing. Like the others were like “Let’s take our time and make this look good” then Oda is like super speed simple design i’m a boss. I’m a big fan of One Piece so it’s pretty cool to see him actually drawing the rubber man himself.
Respect to Kubo-sensei, his drawing was the best for me. However I can't tolerate the criticism to Oda-sensei. First, I'm a great fangirl of One Piece, much more than Bartolomeo [If you know what I mean] Second, that's the point! Oda-sensei chose a "simple style" [that at the lastest chapters it's obvious that they don't!] because he tries to show the complexity of the characters, like a "paradox", between a simple-looking VS a so deep personality of his characters. He decided that style with his greatest manga, he could choose a more complex or good-looking [search his other jobs, and convince that he can draw as pretty as some other mangaka]. Not say he is lazy drawing :( It hurts me... :v
His art is great as it is, and One Piece is one of the best manga out there so whether his art style is simple or not, his whole art style, his whole manga and story tells that he's one of the greats!
Now I'm confused LiGht YaGami , were you defending One Piece in your previous comment or not? I'm just praising it as an individual art, for me, it's an epic manga/anime just like Dragon Ball and Naruto. They're all great pieces. :) Oh yeah, and as being a fanGIRL, I'll admit of being a fan of great anime. I have to mention that I'm a big fan of Bakuman and I'm just in love with Obata-sensei's art style. And as a real anime fan I won't choose which one is the best, I appreciate all kinds of works. And One Piece is also a quality manga/anime. :)
Haha, all right. I'll read your elaboration on that one Mr. LiGht YaGami :D I think the concepts of the devil fruits and all the unique skills of the characters there are really cool so the creator is really one heck of a creative genius. :D That's all I have to say for now.
I miss Bakuman SO MUCH!!! I feel like the end was a bit TOO predictable, but it made my heart drop knowing that the series was about to end in a couple of pages! Takeshi Obata's art work in the very early chapters of Bakuman were a bit too much like Death Note, which isn't bad, but the art was definitely the best from Volumes 4 to 20! Honestly, Tsugumi Obha managed to create an amazing story about, not just manga.... BUT ROMANCE!!! This is probably my favorite Romance/Drama manga ever! They say that Romance and Drama is mainly for Shojo manga...? Well Obha straight up said, "FUCK THAT STEREOTYPE!!!" I'm kinda just rambling now, but I want there to be a sequel SOOO BADLY!!! I KNOW I'm not the only one who feels this way! Sure, a live action movie is coming out later this year, but lets all face it... Manga/Anime to Live Action is FUCKING AWFUL (Have we not learned anything from Dragon Ball: Evolution...?). Anyways, I absolutely loved the whole series and here's to hoping that Muto Ashirogi make another appearance in the near future! ^.^
Oda kills xD And all those complaining about Oda's drawing. No one, especially Oda, gives a shit. These are superficial elements, they're there but ultimately the meat and heart of the manga is the story. I (and millions of others) would rather give time to Oda who spends days and weeks and month on end working on the OP's plot to perfection than a mangaka who spends too much time perfecting every insignificant drawing and delivering a shitty or repetitive plot that doesn't even deserve 2 panels.
He didn't even try lol . He also spent most of his time filling the picture with autographs for the fans . Luffy looks 10 times better in the actual manga. He's an easy to draw character though. There are other ''difficult to draw'' characters in OP. He admitted that drawing Hancock (the lines/coloring on her long hair) and Franky Shogun is a pain in the ass. He's not a fan of drawing those two .
wtf Oda was like "I ain't got time for this shit I have 600 more episodes to draw".

Kubo is so punk rock. I bet his grave will say "I fucking rule"
aww oda's drawing of luffy was really cute >
One piece have higher artistic value in the sense the designs are more creative, crazier or have an uniqueness to them, but Obata's art is just cleaner.
www.mangapark.com/manga/Death-Note/c2/12
I mean, the very fact he does't uses hatching to solve everything makes it more pleasing to the eye. Oda's oversaturated backgrounds are at times hurtful to the eye and make hard to see anything.
VladNorris Kubo gets art style. Obata gets art in general. Oda gets story. and Kishimoto...
Kishimoto gets shit XD
VladNorris He gets fanboys. xD
小畑先生ヤバすぎじゃない
I love how chill Oda is about the whole thing :L
Ohhh that was refreshing to watch all sort of unique styles and drawings these 4 mangaka possess. The bgm for Obata-sensei's definitely fits the way he draws and Oda-sensei's literally speed drawing, kakkoi na~ Not to mention Bleach and Naruto meticulously drawn. These guys sure got talent alright ^^
My god that Bakuman one was damn good!! And the fact that he did it straight to marker instead of drafting with a pencil is so damn impressive!!
I only came here because I saw the Bakuman drawing, but then I saw so many other cool artists. Wow. 0u0
This vid proof that kishimoto is a perfectionist...and when i look at his work place damn this guy is no joke.
you can tell when he started with the time skip in the manga. the smoothness and outlines + paneling was something else
Slightly Biased Kevin Durant Fan poor guy, the anime ruined his amazing story. The toxic fanbase also kinda ruined it for me and the bandwagon Sakura hate
@@theinvincibles764 not more than the studio of one piece and bleach. especially one piece is shity anime
@Zuxeii xei good joke 😂😂😂
One piece = 900 100% fillers and streching and boring and trash episodes
Bleach= 50% trash episodes with repetetive fights 50% fillers.
Man! I didn't even noticed that what he drew at the middle was "BLEACH" after he already finished sketching Kisuke..
Dang dat calligraphy so flawless, it's as smooth as a criminal.
KiraAsakura14 was... that a michael jackson reference?
This is really epic and I have seen real mangaka of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto-sensei from last week at NYCC. God it was like dream come true!!!
kubo's drawing is in a whole other level, coming from my mind
I'm a huge fan of Naruto and One piece This is so cool
I like BLEACH, beautiful stripes
lol everyone was mind blowing... no freaking guidelines and very well done hatching...
then there's Oda XDDDDD
oda's style isn't the most appealing there is but I have massive respect over this Guy.
Oda's art is very simple. Yet I somehow find it more appealing than others.
Ruthless Agression
Simple is the most difficlut actually !!
I love how tite kubo draw its soooo cooool... how I wish I can join this event someday too!
Loved how Oda just finished his drawing so fast.
尾田さん描くの早すぎて草
やっぱ師匠はセンスが違うわ
Love Oda! Idc if people say he's lazy... do keep in mind there are probably MANY people lining up to get his autograph... if you were to perfect the drawing it would take so long. By the time you are finished people probably leave....
People cant complain about oda being lazy because how long one piece is and he put hard work into the story line.
Takeshi Obata's drawing is just so splendid!
Takeshi Obata is such an inspiration for me! I love his style of drawing ! More in his series Death Note and Platinum End but I love the very sharp art of Bakuman too! Suits the vibe of the manga!
I almost died of pleasure from this video! XD
I got super excited at Oda’s drawing. Like the others were like “Let’s take our time and make this look good”
then Oda is like super speed simple design i’m a boss. I’m a big fan of One Piece so it’s pretty cool to see him actually drawing the rubber man himself.
Obata has the best drawing for sure but I love Naruto as it is my favourite manga and anime
That is why you have a Gin Ichimaru profile pic.
TrollKing Kurosaki
Just because i have Gin as my profile picture doesn't mean it is my favorite Manga or Anime
TrollKing Kurosaki
Though, he is my favorite Bleach Character :D
Uchiha Majed-Winnin I see dawg.
Not my favorite anymore it is One piece>Bleach>Attack on titan>DBZ Top 5 Naruto is pretty damn ........... sh!t currently
It's criminal how good those were !! Done so quickly too!
Sukakk bett ngeliat Takeshi Obata-san ngegambar, cepet beett. Dan dimulainya rada out of the box pula
I really like Tite Kubo's style. Especially after is saw his drawing of Luffy from one piece. He made him look so cool!
Please be a joke
Respect to Kubo-sensei, his drawing was the best for me.
However I can't tolerate the criticism to Oda-sensei.
First, I'm a great fangirl of One Piece, much more than Bartolomeo [If you know what I mean]
Second, that's the point!
Sorry my english :P
His art is great as it is, and One Piece is one of the best manga out there so whether his art style is simple or not, his whole art style, his whole manga and story tells that he's one of the greats!
Now I'm confused LiGht YaGami , were you defending One Piece in your previous comment or not? I'm just praising it as an individual art, for me, it's an epic manga/anime just like Dragon Ball and Naruto. They're all great pieces. :)
Oh yeah, and as being a fanGIRL, I'll admit of being a fan of great anime.
+light yagami
Its Anime it doesnt really have to make sense like that...
WOOOW, de los mejores Mangakas! verlos crear te inspira
Oh gosh this is just AMAZING!!!
久保先生やっぱかっけー!
一護と浦原さんとか最高かよ!
色紙オシャレすぎるし、1発であんなにかけるなんて尊敬する!
I've been saving that picture of Luffy in my phone. I never thought that Mr. Oda drew it. Sugoi!
Oda kills xD
And all those complaining about Oda's drawing.
+Bisma S. I love his art style and dedication. He is one my favorite artist.
+Bisma S. i love his art and his story! but man his plots are incredible, he has one fucking endless imagination
THIS DUDE GETS 3 HOURS OF SLEEP
Kubo's lines are so amazing
Kubo drawing is clean and it even looks cool
