@@DesiWarriorZone Its an adjustable purity oxygen concentrator, not recommended for medical use of more than 2 LPM. Its in the same category as mentioned in this video.
The "ion" button activates the ionizer, which releases negative ions to enhance air quality by removing dust and pollutants. However, the effectiveness of ionizers in oxygen concentrators is debated; they may help reduce airborne pollutants, but their impact might be modest compared to other filtration methods.
All oxygen concentrators are designed for 24 hours operation. However best practice is to give the machine rest for 30 minutes after every 8 hours of use.

Namaste Pranav sir, My sister's family is affected with Covid, Oxygen level is just around 90 for one of them. I've seen one of your comments for the 10 litre picks, that Airsep is the best for 10 litres, followed by drive and nidek, , on the other video. Which one do I pick, Airsep intensity 8 Or Airsep intensity 10 ?? Is intensity 8 also okay ? Or it won't suffice the for a general Covid patient Please help 🙏🙏🙏
Airsep Intensity 10 is an excellent machine. Go for it! A lot of moderate Covid patients require 7-8 LPM but the requirement may increase if the patient becomes severe. Its good to have a 10LPM machine at home.
Actually quite simple. Human being breath around 7 litre per min. All we need is 7 liter of 90% oxygen. Therefore just buy 7 oxygen concentrators. Still worth it to save a life.
Thanks for sharing this information for the viewers. However, its a little complicated than hat, a lot of patients do require and benefit from 10-15LPM of supplemental oxygen too.

i want a buy a cheap one, not for medical use,, just because it will actrually help rease my oxygene level a bit , so better performance and sleep. i dont have money for big quality one.
The oxygen level in air is approx 21 % but our spO2 is 96% for normal person. For a person with spo2 as 90 how much should be the flow of oxygen concentrator @93% oxygen. If you have read good books on the subject, please mention the name of the book and quote it , if it is whatsapp knowledge then no need to post the references.
There is absolutely no published data to show how much SpO2 increases based on flow and it differs from patient to patient. However, in my past experience I have noticed that using flow of 2-3LPM a patient can reach from 90% to 96% SpO2.
Okay we get you.. We need 90%+ purity at all time, but at what volume L/hr is needed for covid patient? This is the only flaw in this video that is not explained... thanks.
Hi Kevin, oxygen flow requirement varies a lot from patient to patient. We have answered the flow related question in this video: th-cam.com/video/ynNZ9xgkfNQ/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps!
After COVID, my wife needs a simple 1L device when she sleeps, but we are forced to spend hundreds of dollars per month in the USA for a "medical grade" and "FDA Approved" 98% purity device. You're the first reputable company I've seen listing small oxygen concentrators. I wish you could ship to America. I don't trust the Chinese shopify websites that claim they are based in a US wearhouse.
Unfortunately, we dont ship to US yet! But its always recommended to use a medical grade oxygen concentrator only that provides purity above 90+/-3% at all times.
@@OxygenTimes Could you please clarify...does a purity of 90+/-3% mean 90% oxygen and 10% nitrogen? How can this much 02 be delivered without being toxic?
Dont buy this concentrator if you have a very sick patient. You can go for it if you can manage on 2-3 Ltr/min. From my experience, i bought 2 concentrators for oxygen support. One was this and the other one was from a different brand and this one wasn't helping at all. So i visited their website and they claim to provide 30% purity on 9 ltr... well that makes it to 2.7 ltr/min. So max you can expect from a 9 ltr machine is 3 ltr/min...
Aren't all home oxygen concentrators the same with purity percentage decreasing as flow rates increase? So why single out these 3 brands? If you want 90% purity at all flow rates, pls admit yourself into a hospital.
All medical grade oxygen concentrators provide purity above 90% at all flow rates unlike the models mentioned in this video. Some eg. of medical grade oxygen concentrators are: Philips Respironics Everflo, Nidek Nuvo Lite, Airsep Visionaire, Oxymed Mini, Devilbiss 525, Airsep Intensity 10, DeVilbiss 1025. All patients with lung conditions like COPD, ILD, etc require medical grade oxygen concentrators only.
In these times, this was most needed. Thank you for guiding the common-man in making a good judgment before buying an Oxygen Concentrator.

@@DesiWarriorZone Its an adjustable purity oxygen concentrator, not recommended for medical use of more than 2 LPM. Its in the same category as mentioned in this video.
@@OxygenTimes can u help me then which oxygen concentrator should I purchase?? My patient need 2-3Litre oxygen daily
Pls like to answe us:what is ion button in this/these oxygen Concentrator/s?
Wait for your reply.
The "ion" button activates the ionizer, which releases negative ions to enhance air quality by removing dust and pollutants. However, the effectiveness of ionizers in oxygen concentrators is debated; they may help reduce airborne pollutants, but their impact might be modest compared to other filtration methods.
@@OxygenTimes Thanks for your answer. So Ion button must be on in Oxygen Concentrators.
We greatly appreciate you. Thank you.

Oximed eco 5L available recently on Amazon is authentic?
It indicates 0-5L O2 level can be adjusted easily. What about purity at 5L/min
It looks like a new machine recently introduced in market during Covid surge. Too soon to comment on its durability.
How long can we use dedakj in one go
All oxygen concentrators are designed for 24 hours operation. However best practice is to give the machine rest for 30 minutes after every 8 hours of use.
@@OxygenTimes thank you
Very informative and useful info specially. In this time. Thanks

Sir, Thank you for providing valuable information. Does Owgels 5 Ltrs machine provide 90% purify at 5 ltrs/ minutes flow. Where can I get the information about Owgels concentror purity at 5 lts/minute. Please advise. 🙏
Yes, it does
They are ok for those with chronic illness who need low flow rate like 1 or so. They are cheap (around 16-17k right now), so for them they are still better than oxygen cylinders.
Yes, that's correct. However, their are very few patients who require only 1LPM and in long term this requirement gets increased too.
Thanks Alot such a Great information at the current situation Sir

Yuwell is global leader i think and have a medical background
Yuwell is one of the best companies when it comes to Oxygen concentrators. However, the model we are talking about this in video is Yuwell YU300 which is an adjustable purity oxygen concentrator.
My oxygen concentrator gives 45% pure oxygen at 7LPM is it useful? (for 80-90 oxygen saturation)
Not useful because you will be getting 1-2LPM of Oxygen only.
Hi. Sir what is the best o2 concentrators for asthmatic / copd patients like me?
You must consult your doctor for the actual requirement. However, most asthama / COPD patients have oxygen requirement less than 5LPM. Here are some of the best options for you: th-cam.com/video/DgYjPQEw5JE/w-d-xo.html
R8 sir you are the life sever
Glad to be of help!
Namaste Pranav sir,
My sister's family is affected with Covid,
Oxygen level is just around 90 for one of them.
I've seen one of your comments for the 10 litre picks, that Airsep is the best for 10 litres, followed by drive and nidek, , on the other video.
Which one do I pick, Airsep intensity 8
Or Airsep intensity 10 ??
Is intensity 8 also okay ? Or it won't suffice the for a general Covid patient
Please help 🙏🙏🙏
Sir, is Yuwell Yu100 good or not? It claims to have Oxygen flow: 1 ~ 7L / min,
Oxygen concentration: 90% at 1 L / min..
Need to buy one as soon as possible for my grandma 😭
Its an adjustable purity oxygen concentrator. Not recommended for medical use of 3-4 LPM.
Sir... Why don't you mention which concentrator is good for patients....
Here you go: th-cam.com/video/DgYjPQEw5JE/w-d-xo.html
Sir just ordered Yobekan 1-7 ltrs for my father.. and later found your video..he is consuming 1-2 lpm oxygen..so please suggest will yobekan will work or i made a wrong decision 🙏
Yobekan 1-7L will give you output equivalent to 1LPM at all flow rates. Shouldn't be much of an issue with your father's current requirement.
@@OxygenTimes thankyou so much sir.. actually i tried my best but failed to found any good one..my father ct scan report was of 25/25 on 16th of April and he is still in hospital..and his current saturation without oxygen is 88 and with oxygen supply is above 90...and as per doctors report he is consuming 1-2lpm.. that's why i ordered Yobekan with 1-7lpm flow... thankyou so much... let's hope that its works for him
i want a buy a cheap one, not for medical use,, just because it will actrually help rease my oxygene level a bit , so better performance and sleep. i dont have money for big quality one.
Using supplemental Oxygen without a drop in SpO2 levels may lead to oxygen toxicity.
We have answered the flow related question in this video: th-cam.com/video/ynNZ9xgkfNQ/w-d-xo.html

🤝🏻
If you want to know more detailed information about YU300, please contact us or send your email to sales@yuyue.com.cn
Thank you for sharing this for the viewers
Please note oxygen is also toxic ..... For long term therapy and after recovery varriable is better then constant.....
After recovery, oxygen concentrators (variable or full purity) should not be used at all, as you correctly mentioned may result in Oxygen toxicity.
Hi Ricky
Thanks for pointing this out for viewers
Ab le liya majburi mai kya karu😭
Let's hope the requirement doesn't exceed 1-2 LPM
