Thanks for video. You joined Oracle corporation under OCI umbrella. Oracle cloud platform is not successful as other cloud providers as per the latest survey its hardly occupy 2% market. I did few certificates in OCI but of no use. Regards

I'm working as an Oracle Technical Consultant and thought of extending my knowledge to make my skillset more stronger. Can you pls suggest what will be the next step for an oracle consultant ? Should I switch to Analytics tools like Microsoft bi or Anyother? Also does oracle db has future ?
I have received IC3 offer from Oracle for OCI and have offer from Philips India as well for cloud applications developer. Philips India is offering me 2L extra in fixed. Which company should I choose? I hear Oracle work culture has degraded over time. And Oracle cloud is not that much prevalent compared to AWS which Philips is using. Please reply
Oracle has the best WLB for sure atlst oracle ind does not sure about OCI. There is no hike in Oracle so ask for bonus or stocks
I interviewed for OCI on 22nd November 2021 and then they replied on 27th of November they will get back to me with feedback. May I know after how many days I may get feedback wheather I am selected or not.

Any timeline when oracle Calling there employees to come to base location? Or it is wfh till year end
It’s voluntary come to office otherwise work from remote locations but in the city wherever office is present.
@@TalkTech01 so that means you need to relocate to base location atleast?
As far as i know you can be in your hometown but for any office related work you have to come down to nearest location
There are so many negative reviews in TeamBlind for OCI, everyone is cursing, dont know why
Everything has its cons and pros, i just shared my views on how I went ahead i my decision

Hello mam, i have two questions
1 When do we get our joining kit before or after joining date ?
2 how does our first month of work look like , are there only training sessions or pre recorded video courses for new joining as a fresher ?
- We get joining kit before joining only
- Both are there, mostly 2 weeks are given to settle and finish dev setup plus required trainings, then most of the work starts.

Never join Oracle. Koi hike nahin hain in most of the departments. There are lot of companies with good learning curve.
