Regarding your question , if Starbucks Germany has an opening where your profile fits, then definitely you can apply. .also as you are already working part time in Starbucks, you can check if there is a possibility of internal transfer.. Although I would suggest to not just to Starbucks but also look for other opportunities..you have a big advantage that you know German 😊
