Born and raised in Las Vegas and I’ve tried all these places. Magic Noodle is a bit salty for me. Cafe Sanuki is great for fresh udon, a little pricey but a treat for sure! I’d recommend the Carbonara Udon. Absolutely amazing! Brew tea bar, by far the most busiest boba place in Las Vegas. Place is always packed and they serve high quality boba tea with the average Boba price. Another great boba place in Las Vegas is Cloud Tea, which is a small chill place with great boba!
I live down Ft Apache just off of Russell, so I frequent Magic Noodle quite a bit. Yes, it can be a little salty too. Cafe Sanuki is definitely yum and so is Carbonara Udon! Ive been on a ramen and Japanese fix recently, so Takopa and Sora have been my go to's.
Hey Mike, I'm a local here in Vegas. You hit both of the same fresh hand pulled noodle shops I have tried. I too agree Shang is better than the Magic noodle spot. I go to Magic often since its only a hop, skip and a jump away from my house. Anyway, when you come back to Vegas, I can show you some hidden gems I have found myself. I think the hardest part of living in Vegas is actually finding which restaurant I should eat at. Love to join you on your next visit.

I feel like a proud mom because I have been going to Shang pretty much since they opened! They had everything I was looking for in a noodle place! Great food, amazing service, and a private place to eat. And Brew tea is my favorite boba place I work by the Henderson location and I go there most Friday’s after work, that’s the best start to my weekend.

There’s a hot pot place in Vegas called Nabe that always has your videos on whenever I go! Shang artisan noodles is literally a 5 minute walk from my apartment, definitely need to go check it out after watching this. Looks so good!!
Thanks for letting us know about Shang Artisan Noodle. I had been eating at Magic Noodle, which is really far away from me, since I live downtown. So today I had the Shang Beef Noodle with knife-cut noodles and it was excellent (and a little closer to where I work).
Love Shang Artisan Noodle! Make sure you ask for chili paste if you order to go because they don't always include it. You should also try Ramen Tatsu's Jikogu ramen next time you're in Vegas. It is seriously insanely spicy!
Finally was able to eat at Shang artisan noodle. Great noodle, very satisfying. The only caveat is, if you walk in, the waiting was 2 hours, and I arrived about 30 minutes after it opened. Make sure you join the waitlist, since it’s gonna be a while.

Also we tried this place called Yum Cha and it was really delicious! They had TV's with your videos playing while we were eating. It was pretty cool! 😁
Going away for college has made me feel homesick for Vegas, especially now that I know we have such good noodles back there! Will definitely scope out some of that udon during my break :D
If you're ever looking for ramen in Vegas go to Monta Ramen! It is my absolute favorite. I moved away from LV 2 years ago and every time I come back home to see my family I 100% make an effort to go. I get the shoyu ramen, the kimchi fried rice is also tasty!

We just got back from Vegas and you were correct. Shangs Artisan noodles were excellent. We had spicy dumplings and knifed noodles with beef. The flavors were so good.

There’s a lot of nice noodle restaurants in LA, especially the first one. And, the bubble tea at the end!! 😍 I want to go on a food trip to LA someday.
Perhaps something that you should try on your next visit, which happens to be my personal Las Vegas hidden gem, is Nuro Bistro. They make really good Hainan Chicken.
Monta Ramen is my favorite in Vegas and in the same parking lot is Japanese curry house, so good, snowflake (shaved japanese ice) the cookie butter is soooooo yummy with mochi and snowflake sauce 😍😍😍 tons of other amazing places as well, too many to mention

I was screaming in my head hoping that it was Brew Tea Bar when he said he was going to the best boba spot..... AND I WAS RIGHT. Brew Teas is hands down the best boba spot all over Las Vegas.
I love the first 2 spots, been to both multiple times. Not a huge udon fan but I'll make it a point to try cafe sanuki. My favorite noodle spot in Las Vegas is a sichuan restaurant just simply called "Mian". The sauces are absolutely amazing!!!
Gosh I’m Italian and cook mean pasta, lasagna, fish, meats & all sort of veggies. But my last meal is gotta be some Asian delicious food. I just think about it all the time. As born and raised in Uzbekistan, I would strongly suggest checking out our market food places over any fancy restaraunts (most of them totally butcher food to meet some wierd standarts). Also if you want to catch a real uzbek plov, then u have to hit the market at first half of the day. There is nothing left after the lunch. And dont forget uzbek kebab at evening. Just follow the smell.

Fellow Vegan here, Chewy Bobba is sooo underrated; I will definitely be checking out Carbonara tomorrow.
