Everytime I had rajma at a kashmiri place I used to wonder what is the base taste of... Today I got to know it's coriander root! I made this as per your instructions today... Just added a bit more of green chilli in the gravy and didn't add garlic... Still everyone came and said we won't ever have this dish outside ever again as it turned out so delicious at home😊...
