    Short stroke engine is raider 150fi vs square engine sonic 150fi/rs
    In thailand the most powerful engine is square engine. Only rs/sonic150 obtained that spec and have its very high potential tuning compare to a short stroke engine

      Underbone with over bore engine is good only for stock engine top end performance.

      Yes, square engine on stock has longer stroke, meaning if you upgrade to a bigger bore, even a couple of MM will bring huge difference, unlike to that of a short stroke block, and a short stroke revs more to equal the power of a balance block thus giving more stress to it lessening it's durability or lifespan

      stroker ang rs torke.. sa sprocket set ka nalng mag balance pasok jan 14-38 w/ prog ecu, pwd na!

      Square engine is great for torque production in low rpm but it limits max rpm capability, oversquare on the other hand has higher peak power and can put more power to the wheels.
      In my opinion raider 150 is more powerful than rs 150, but rs 150 is great at low-end torque production and has better response at low rpm..

    Nice comparison bro. I learned the difference of the two when I was still researching on what to buy for my first motorcycle. Basically, over square engine means bigger bore + shorter stroke and square engine means almost equal measurement of bore and stroke. Hindi naman ako kamote para makipag karera sa public roads. Ang need ko kasi ay pang commute kaya I went for the Honda RS 150r simply for the torque, looks, fuel efficiency, and syempre reliability. Honda yan eh. Solid yan kaya sulit na sulit din bawat pisong pinambili mo dyan. Pwedeng pwede pang ipamana ng anak ko sa magiging anak nya haha. But that's just my 2 cents. Opinyon ko lang yan. Para sa nag iisip parin kung aling motor ang bibilhin nyo, nasa inyo parin naman ang desisyon. Depende nalang yan sa needs nyo. Anyways, Ride Safe brothers! God bless!

      asan na honda rs150 mo ngayon? wala na phase out na. at nilalangaw din sa sales supra 150 in short hindi reliable ang engine. honda pa nga hahaha. asan na raider ngayon? ayon same mechanics pa din since raider gen 1 ibig sabihin reliable ang engineering

    More on torque and power sa Low end yung HONDA at sa SUZUKI sa top end naman gigising yung torque and power since Short stroker at oversquare siya di Talaga friendly sa traffic gamitin pag mabagal yung takbo palaging kalog2x gusto yan palaging Hirit lang which advantage sa RESING2X sa honda which is torquey talaga yun pag Flat out dis advantage. nice vids comparison paps buti nakita kona sa actual

      Ahhh. Parang nasagot mo ung katanungan ko boss sa comment mo. Same sa fury short stroker bigbore compare xrm125 na more on torquey.. Mabigat mag maneho pag sa traffic ung fury125 kesa xrm135 relax. Maganda lang sa fury ag longdistance pero masakit sa katawan.

      As per Factory Specs yung XRM max torque nasa 5k rpm sa fury is 6.5k oversquare din 56mm bore stroke 50mm compare sa xrm 52mm bore 57mm stroke which is undersquare kaya nga torquey talaga yung xrm maganda yung low end. dipa ako naka pag drive ng fury pero several times na encounter ko ito sa flat out stretch my ankas pa si fury top speed kaya maki pag sabayan 120kph which hirap yung xrm pero sa long uphill duon naman sa ng excell si xrm

      @@krismark5052 pero ang fury maski rim set hindi nananalo sa wave alpha ko maski stock... subok na yan.. pero un xrm halos nakakasabay sa likod ko.. taka ako kung bakit.. subok ko na yan sa dulohan.. kung sa 125 category pinakamabilis suzuki shogun pro.. talo kahit wave 125 pero kung dream 125 at wave s 125 talo shogun... siguro dahil sa klase ng carb... pero yang mga yan kayang kayang sibakin ng yamaha x1.. natakbo kasi 135kmh un kahit 108cc lang...

    Lamang talaga si rfi 150 kesa kay rs 150 pero ang ikinaganda pala kay rs 150 ay mayroon siyang rocker arm.

    overbore and short stroke= high-revving, power is tapped at the higher rev range, usable for track races where rpms are constantly maintained up high
    square engine= good low to mid range power, very usable torque in traffic and quick burst of acceleration.

    mas maganda pagkaka gawa yung rs di lang sya puro speed kung di balance talaga..may raider 150 ako pero mas pulido para sakin yung gawa ng honda.. nagustuhan ko din yung dohc na may racker arm.

    Props to Suzuki, nakagawa sila ng malakas na spec out of the factory. Kung di ka talaga speed freak solid na solid na yang 150cc na ginawa ng Suzuki.

      Port size, valve size, stroke and bore sizes and other parts na need lakihan is kaya naman habulin thru machining and replacement...
      Pero yung roller na rocker arm (hindi ko alam kung may aftermarket sa raider) mahirap gawan or convertan yung wala.

    Mas bet ko yung raider kasi sinemplihan nya lang yung designs. Simple and direct lang madaling kalikutan if nagka problema. Yung RS parang andaming additional if ever nagka problema parang di madali kalikutin

      Wala naman pong problema kung over bore, sadya lang pong hirap manalo ang single cylinder na over bore, interms of overall performance sa underbone. kaya walang gustong mag i sponsor ng suzuki underbone, alam na nila outcome .
      Applicable ang overbore/short stroker kung mahigit sa isang cylinder ang makina (twin cylinder,v4,Inline3,inline4)
      sa single cylinder na overbore maraming rpm ang nasasayang o walang silbi., track.

    overpower sa lahat ang size ng raider 150.. kaso as a single piston at lower displacement.. hindi advisable ang short stroke.. ang resulta tuloy eh excessive powerloss nangyayari.. kaya sa pisikalan nawawala ang status ng lakas ng raider.. advisable lang kasi short stroke sa 2 or more piston.. kasi me alternate ang timing ng piston.. buti kung 2 stroke ok lang un malakas un kasi.. pero sa single piston.. d advisable ang short stroke.. grabe powerloss talaga lalo sa dyno...ika nga.. quality of rpm not quantity of rpm... para bigay todo lakas at bilis...

      Honda normally very good in finding the sweetspot between power, economy and reliability. Si sniper naman naka design sa low to mid power curve, so no choise na si R150 kundi mag settle sa mid to high powerband.
      In general, volumetric effieciency and compression ratio are the biggest factor for the quality of the power stroke pero kung all out Horsepower ang hanap mo RPM is the name of the game.
      Kahit super quality pa ang powerstroke mo kung low revving lang ay talo ito sa low quality powerstroke na high revving engine kung peak Horse power labanan.
      Kaya para sakin, the best engine design ay hindi ang may pinakamataas na peak power kundi yung may pinakamataba na torque at HP curve graph.

      @@mangkanor1837 ang bawat design ng makina niya eh may mga ginawang adjustments para makahabol o makalamang.. ang sniper mas mataas stroke.. pero ginawa nilang diasil at forged aluminum piston ang makina para makagawa ng mas mataas na rpm kaysa standard iron cast dahil mas magaan ito... at diasil para sa bluecore engine heat dissipation mas economical mas matipid at mas madulas para buo ang pwersa.. isa pa sa tatlo siya lang ang nakaoffset cylinder na ginagamit ngayon sa mga bigbike lalo sa mga sportsbike para mas malakas at mas mabilis sa pisikalan sa lahat.. at meron sila ng honda na roller rocker arm para sa high rev engine rpm design na mas pulido at less friction sa dulohan... isa pa nakaset siya na malaking air capacity cleaner it means mas malaki siyang makina kumpara sa iba na kakompetensya.. ang honda nman.. nakabalanse sa lahat pantay ang torque at power para laban mapa power o torque.. ang raider more on specs lamang lahat pero nawawala na quality.. and mas prone sa engine knock kaya mas kelangan ng mas malaking exhaust valve para malabas lahat at iwas friction...

Pero kung tuloy tuloy lang Ang rsfi Ang pagbnta malamang madami pa din sa kalsada. Rsfi ko Buhay pa nman hangang naun. Sa pinas lang malakas Ang Rfi pero sa ibang bansa rsfi pinaka malakas.     Nice paps.galing.suggestion ko lang kung mag measure ka ng mga parts dapat specific wag mo na iround off. Like sa 4.46 valve stem tapos sinabi mo sa video 4.5.

      kung stock naman ang makina. ok lang po. yun nga lang limitado ang lakas. hindi katulad ng programmable ECU na pwede mong isagad ang settings.

    Boss new subs niyo po ako. Ask ko lang po regarding sa battery wire natin (negative wire) okay lang po ba na pahabain kahit 1 inch kasi nag battery lift po ako and ayaw ko pong ilipat yung ground niya. Kung may side effect po ba. Thanks and more power sa inyo po 😊

      @@SierraSpeedTech ngee nung nag overhaul kami nun 2014 nag order kami sa honda service center dahil walang replacement. assembly con.rod to crankshaft bearing ang presyuhan aabot ng 20k. Tapus stickbearing lang ang may sira garagal na ang tunog ng motor.
