If you are a smaller, light guard that doesn’t do a lot of jumping, then big3 5 quick pro. If you aren’t that, then GH5

@FootDoctorZach regaring it's Speed Ratio, if I do 44.25 (average bounce height in cm) / 12.95 (oz) I get ~ 3.417 plus the 0.3 shank score that would equal 3.717 a new record, not 3.11
