Be fair. Go to pay the drivers at least $25 an hour For the stressful job it is. Because it’s hard to find drivers without them they are the backbone of the company. Step vans

Yeah, you guys play butt grab with each other after the drivers leave for the day and figure out which lies you want to be on the same page with to offer all drivers the same low wages. Fedex expects drivers to be professionals but 1. Doesnt do anything about half the duct taped together trucks and drivers running around looking like scrubs and 2. Has a model in effect that allows contractors to pay their drivers about half what the professionals at UPS make as well as a lack of benefits to ground drivers.
