Wow. You're really accepting low orders. I bike dinners in uptown Dallas TX, which has so much high paying demand that I never accept orders below $8. Usually can make between $70-90 for a three hour dinner shift.
Gosh I wish I could get consistent orders of $8 or higher. If I decline the small orders I would be stuck biking around for an hour doing nothing. So I would rather accept a low payout and have something to do. Also another reason I want to grow the channel so I can depend on the TH-cam money if I have a bad day delivering food.
@@EddieBenitez3 have you tried finding the rich / more upscale parts of Chicago and just focusing there? I’ve noticed that by waiting near high end restaurants there’s a lot of orders at meal time and tips are a lot better than normal fast food
@thomaskelly1886 yes at this point I feel as if I have tried it all. When Uber first started out here it was amazing. But it’s started declining. There are some great days but it’s never consistent. I try to multi app as much as possible but that requires skills that I would need to build over time. Not giving up though I like this job. Beats the office job I held for 11 years.

So the resolutions best for TH-cam are 1080p or 4K. Shooting 4K will take up memory space but it’s the highest resolution. Frames per sec (fps) allows you to slow down footage. Unless I’m feeling artsy I don’t change from 24fps. Shooting 4K is also tough on your editing machine it makes things slower sometimes.
@SimpliAlex shooting in 4K is to help crop in and not loose much info when you do. But 4K is for the audience mainly. For the folks who watch TH-cam on their TV. Most people have a 4K tv these days. They got cheap.

I usually do 80 deliveries per week but my goal is 100. I make around $630. I don't cherry pick that hard but i also don't do anything less than 5. That 80 deliveries thing was a scam anyway. You make more money just doing your normal thing

I keep the chain around the seat post and the fold lock in side pocket of the back bag.
