Yo this never occured to me. So brilliant. My overnight afk farms are going to be on my alts going forward !
I think the muck and coffinpicker fire mobs that you were attacking don't drop any fire pages. the chaos spirit mobs drop them and they're a little harder to get double mob positions since they're ranged attackers.
OMG your the only one that noticed. I had this epiphany that I auto pathed to the wrong pack of fire mobs like 2 hours after farming there LOL literally the fire page mobs were just like 5 feet away e____e

i tried this last night on my level 33 alt, after 8 hours of AI mode i came back to 30 pages, 42 territe and gained 4 levels! over double the loot i usually get from farming floor 3 overnight on my main. :D

Granted, it's only one person's info, but to give anyone curious some idea of rates, I farmed for three days straight AFK in the 3rd floor of the ruins and finally got one skill book.

Only one at a time unfortunately.
I hypothesized that this would be an effective way to farm alt characters to lvl 40. It's good to see that it actually works in practice. So I think I understand the benefits, was initially confused like a few comments here but does this become ineffective once your alts catch up to your main's level?
Correct.
I kill 3 spots, get 25k gold per hour, took 2 levels from 40 to 42, 0 scrolls... On the main character 15k gold per hour for 2 spots, but scrolls fall regularly and often 2*, which can be exchanged for 5 1*. For gold and alts pumping yes, but for scrolls very sad in my case. Without potions.
how long did you farm to get that much territe at the start?
3:18 dont target down, consider how much time you gonna go afk when using green potions. you are going to level up faster with green potions and will wasting potentials drops if you are beyond drop threshold.
offset your expectation, 108+ pages is a lot but he did not disclosed how much time and potions were consumed.

so i get the point of this but I don't understand the process of the actual farming, my main account is 56 witch but I have an alt about to be lvl 40, so how do I actually farm in this method to where I reap the benefits?

Yup. On the low end I get about 15 pages/night, but am averaging about 30 without potions.

Out of interest, why are you suggesting 1/2 levels for xp? Do you have any data on xp/evasion/drop rates for differing levels? I’m level 62 and trying to plan ahead farming through the new MB levels of Chaos Fields.
Yes. EXP drops off between 3-5 levels different from your job. If you want the info we have it on my discord. Just DM me.
Hi! Thanks for the tips, though I have a question for swordsman, I've watched the video and noticed that your swordsman doesn't go anywhere with his third skill. It's been an issue for me as my swordsman tends to move away to a certain direction when the AI uses the third skill, so I can't farm two camps at once. Am I missing something or is there a way to turn that off?
Nevermind! Just found out that it can be turned off in the settings - just turn movement skill restriction on

Honestly i just grew up more on my main increasing my overall account status and managed to do the lvl 65-70 quests with my alts and made them lvl 40, only by doing main quest and nothing else
Leveling up your main is also a good way to go I think!

Both will help you in the long run. Depends on what you want to prioritize for your account.

I alt farm to level up my alts from 34-40! And yes I do use energy drinks to help it along :) Probably not "Optimal" but its what I do XD

Someone told me that if your main role is 20 level higher than your alt it will give you a bonus exp to level up
Hey! As someone who has done the main quests to leave 3 alts to 40, it is a grinnnnnd haha. Going to try this on my last alt at level 25. Once question though is how to best get weapons for them and how much to upgrade them. I’ve taken to using crafts to get to gaurenteed 3* and switch to the alt to craft 1. But don’t know how much to put towards alts in terms of weapon mats. Thanks!
Mine literally have 1 star and 2 star weapons! haha. You just murder so quickly!

@@Kungpowchickn just focus on saving your territes for your weapon and and armor and familiar upgrade.. once you OP your main to a point you can farm with your 1star and 2 star weapons. You share armor familiars and mount cp with alt

You get all 3 basic element 3* weapons for them once you hit 40

yes, they can technically farm better than your main because your main mainly fight enemies that are stronger or equal in strength.
yea i don't think it's worth it to slow the main's progression to farm an alt this early into the game

Yes +/- 8 levels is the drop penalty. +/- 2 is the EXP penalty.

More territe energy = faster drops for territe. Also farming on higher floors = more territe drops.

One question though how did you get your alt to 360k cp? Did you grind all the specialty items? I ask cause I'm dreading farming out of the chaos fields since I wouldn't get territe there
I am doing specialty items slowly and surely! :D
You can get high cp on alt class by investing ur shared equipment or familiars. Shared equipment is everything except class weapons

I used a 5/4 potion build on this video. 5 green 4 red. On daily I average 15-30 without pots. Fire pages on my server are like the most universally chased pages. XD

@@DoctorDiggs dang. I mean alt farming is still the way to go for drops but not mentioning how many potions were used and the answer ending up being about 1200% boost for 3 hours +7 regular hours totaling around 40 effective hours of farming.. that is kind of a let down

It's true, that this is the best alt scenario. We need tho, an option to leave the alt's for farming and relog to our main. That would be perfect, and time efficient.
That wont work because 1 account cant be in 2 places at the same time, the characters are more like classes than "alternate" accounts, you are technically still the same character, just a different class

it did not worked for me...Was farming mobs lvl33, my alt came from 33 to 35, I've been getting nothing except armor/weapon crystals and little amounts of gold and that's all, no idea why 🤷
Do I need to use green potion while alt farming or should I use it to level my main character my main is already level 50.
use it on your main if ur having a hard time levelling up due to the exp wall!
but its really recommended for alt farming for tomes and pages!
Does sleep mode keeps on grinding even if your afk for a couple of hours? Or does it also have a time limit like the AI mode?
Sleep mode will go on until you unsleep it. An important note though is some people have issues with sleep mode crashing right now.

Why won't my alt character don't earn any territe from the main story? There isn't any territe energy visible on the top of the screen as with my main char..
Territe is only earnable in chaos fields.
Can a kind soul diver please explain it to me in simple terms? I am new to the game. My main swordsman is lvl 47 and my alts are all lvl 20 except for my lvl 31 engineer.
What's the difference between farming on my main vs my alt?
this is what i think.. if your opponenets level is 8 lvl lower than yours then u wont get good rewards. If u take your lvl 47 hero and keep killing lvl 31 monster "A" in chaos field 1, then the reward wont b great. but if u take your lvl 31 engineer then the reward will be good. Once ur engineer is lvl 40(more than 8 lvl than monster "A") switch to another class and keep doing it until all your alt acc is lvl 40. Then do the same process by killing monster "B" in chaos field 2.
@@_mbr I see. Just got 6 fire pages. I guess since your alts will naturally have high CP because of gear and level transfer it's better this way.

No I do it iwth 1/2 star. At Lv.40 you get chest with 3star weapons as well.

hi, I have a question, whats the benefit in farming for items with your alts instead of your main? to me it just seems the same because I can't have (for example) an alt in the pc and the main on the phone farming. So what is the difference between farming with main and alt (because to me it just seems like free exp for the main)? would really appreciate an answer.
You can't farm with your main and alt at the same time. The essence of alt farming is the level penalty. If your main is 8 levels higher than your target mob, you're getting worse/less drops.

I think it will be in the future. Once your 60+ territe is alot easier to come by as well. Drop rate seems to increase.

You can only use one character. You can't use your main while playing alt. Vice versa.

@@esahoosa CF3 have terrible drop rates compared to CF2 and if you use main character to farm in CF2, drop rates will be lowered since there is penalty in level range

Sorry i still lost here. So what you mean is we can utilize our alt to farm more items in the lower level mobs. But what is the difference if i use my main to farm at the lower level mobs instead?. Doesn't it better to use you main because you will farm faster?
I think the main benefit is that your alt is going to be able to kill mobs of similar level quickly, which means you not only get items but also level up your alt, which gives you class grade rewards (inv space, etc.) On your main you have to choose one (either items or exp) because if you want to kill quickly you need to kills things of lower level.
There's penalty if you fight low level mobs and it's better to grind low mobs on alt because you get codex stats and you can also use acc/armor to help to kill mobs faster
As long as you kill enemies within 8 levels of your alts you will get EXP for your alts and you will get good drops! :) because your alts can kill faster than your main!
@@DoctorDiggs It'll be faster early on due to more "value" of account-wide CP, but unless you're also upgrading your alt weapons it'll slow to a crawl

None, but alts can kill significantly faster.

Obviously not especially for f2p.
Depending on if you want to increase your page farming speed. You could. Depends on if you want EXP on main or EXP/item drop on alt!
was doing that for tierra but did't think it was that best for get bags that drop is bad in ult too
Yeah it is very good for other drops too! :D as long as you are in +/- 8 levels of the monsters. Because kill speed is so fast!

THe gear from my main! In this video it was all 3* gear but enhanced to be 5* Necklace is the most important because it gives ATK+

@@DoctorDiggs Hmm, only got 3 earth pages today. I wonder if this got nerfed with the server update. If that's even possible to do. or if the drop rate is lower on a day that the merchant actually has something that you can buy with those specific pages. Either way, it's weird that I got 22 pages with 5 hours AI yesterday, and only 3 today.
Idk if its just for me but sleep mode is broken in my game, it automatically exits sleep mode after a few minutes
Someone else was having sleep mode issues in my discord. May be a bug right now. He was using PCclient.

Sometimes I level them up, but mostly with familiar stats and other things it hasn't been a problem. [havn't tried farming T2 yet]

Soulstones are a great alternative for farming chaos fields overnight! I just really want that territe tho!
