It would be so so nice to have a dmg comparison. High cp loadout vs optimal loadout even with low cp.
I can tell you from my pvp arena experience I have between players with about 10k-15k more cp then me, I’m currently 380k cp, and just today I almost beat some guy with 420k cp leaving him with about 18k go left, also I’ve noticed the modifiers for each day change so u can change ur load out accordingly to benefit you.

Hey AJ I don't think you've noticed yet but the raiders armor is actually the best armor in slot for farming. It doesn't just negate dmg from bosses. it's elite monsters negation which includes all of the chaos fields. go check their category. Everything in there is Elite. assuming we all afk farm chaos fields then there you go 😉

Great tips! I have been really working on maxing my special skills, so I go with skill damage and special skill damage as my 2nd and 3rd weapon, but when either of those are my primary, I use the 3 star to boost elemental damage. Since I am an engineer though, I have a max cp build that uses the basic attack weapon instead of the special skill because of the healing abilities.

If I'm building water deck, main weapon is water then the order of fire and green doesn't matter anymore as long as they are the sub weapon?
Hope they also implement wherein you can set a Title to use on your deck, i always have to manually change my title so i think its easier if i can set my title here as well.

I want to ask if our main elements pets slot position is matter? because I realized that in first slot the pet there always use it skill first so I always put my defense pet on first slot and my main elements dmg pet in the second.
Well Technically there is "Auto Skill and Familiar Use Setting" menu where you can sequence you attacks ang pets.. Hold the "Auto" Button on the Lower Right Side right side of the Mount Logo to pop out the Menu.
How do we get that Deck view? Or is that mobile only?

Has anyone else noticed Mite's attack percentages are broken? When compared to Draggle, his percentages are actually extremely low. Or compared to any other attack familiar. Just a weird thing I noticed last night when comparing familiar's.
Fire Dmg % prefers fire damage output while fire atk % only adds up to base fire atk, That's why mite's dmg percentage is bigger because the % adds up to the damage output.
I am not good in explaining, but i hope it helps.
I have ppl asking me in boss fights why I do more dmg than them altho they have much higher CP..

This made no sense. I tested this: 1 5* earth + 5* fire + 5* water, using those 3 skills of class (witch) was stronger then using a 5* earth + 5* fire + 3* with awake 5 earth. Was supposed to do more damage this second kit then the first one. Even tho my earth element attack increased, overall attack didnt so made no sense. Idk if i got this wrong
you have to take into account the extra raw stats your 5* water weap gives as compared to the 3* earth weap. sometimes the increase in raw stats can overcome the % dmg inc from the 3* weaps.

Yes, you can. They are considered different weapons (they have different names).
Yes I totally do this on mono element deck builds. So like 4* fire and 3* fire weapons in first two slots. Usually my third weapon is just something strong for stats.
titles should also be included in the deck builder

Hey Auronnj, a youtuber said that Stagthorn is of low tier bec in order for it's skill to activate it needs other earth familiars to trigger it. is this true? I recently pulled him and my mates said the same thing. kinda makes me sad.
It's true.
No, adding more Earth familiars with Stag only improves the passive ability's damage reduction. The reflect ability Stag will use in general with an innate -12.5% damage reduction works without earth familiars. Read the skill descriptions.

Currently, all that doesn't really matter. Just go to your Collections menu and view the pets' stats and skills to compare for yourself. Staghorn is Rare 4-star, which means he has higher stats than even Normal 4-star. Just from that alone, you should use him over other 3-star and unupgraded 4-star Familiars that you have.
Also, as Kevin mentioned, only the passive DMG Reduction scales off other Earth Familiars, and it's only -1% DMG Taken per Earth Familiar equipped. You still get the benefit of all those other skills.
You are very unlikely to get multiple Staghorns, so let's assume he stays at Awakening 0.
Do the maths: With all 3 Earth Familiars, you get DMG Taken -3%. With only Staghorn, you get DMG Taken -1%. Would you unequip Staghorn and give up on all those juicy stats it provides, just because of -2% DMG Taken?
The game is still very young, so every content in the game now is still early game. In the early game, pure stats is king. No point having -10% DMG Taken when you have low DEF anyway.
P.S.: Congratulations on pulling him, he's a great pet! If anything, use him to steamroll in Familiar Arena.

iirc to activate your Familiar’s passive skill, you have to use 3 same element familiars. You can’t mix it otherwise the passive won’t be activated.

This method is only for end game, it cannot be used early or mid game where your other weapons does not have upgrades.
The games been out 2 weeks and it's over a year old across the seas. No on here is even at mid game. Your right tho early you gotta a rainbow set. Around 45 to 50 you will start thinking about individual sets. By 60 you won't even use your rainbow set anymore (or at least you shouldn't)
@@kynador Im level 63 and im still using my 5-6 star weapon, youd be a fool on wasting your resources to upgrade a 3 star weapon rather than maximizing your main weapons

Hard to get the skills that u need though for elements
Farm specific Chaos Field mobs for the pages, collect 30, then check Traveling Merchant. She always has a Special Skill 1 book for sale. Don't bother trying to trade 12 pages for a book with other players. The game is too young, so the supply of books is much too low.
Also, higher level Chaos Field mobs might even drop the book itself.
Why does he keep saying main slot? I’ve seen no indication that the game discriminates between slot positions

Great tips but I doubt if I could finish building those as f2p players before Tower of Fantasy, Noah's Heart or Honkai Star Rail got global release..

These game are meant for LONG TERM if you want a 100 hour game to play and beat in a week then there is countless premium games to choose from. People are so annoying and impatient, I'm at 428k cp and f2p. If you say it's not f2p it's because you play it wrong and your impatient plain and simple. It's a GREAT game. Don't listen to crybabies that expect that they will get all the same stuff just as fast as the paying players..if that was the case no one would spend money and there wouldn't be a game my dude.

If I want to create a water build, do I need my water weapon equipped as main equip or can I go with my main weapon (fire) as my main equip?
For your water build you most definitely want your water weapon as main equip. Fire will be sub equip. I hope I'm understanding your question right.
Yeah you want to match elements or you're not getting the bonus effects. The game makes you level up everything. You have to work on each element.
