From a MOPAR family for the last half of the 60s as a kid myself, you did a FANTASTIC job posting, all the way down to the music YO! I can't wait to see every episode. Lookin' UP 2U and a SALUTE!
Hi Tim, Thank you for the kind words! I am trying to get her back in decent shape. I still have more items I am working on to get the car back where it needs to be. Thank you for watching the videos!
Imperial parts are definitely hard to find! I would highly recommend becoming a member on forcbodiesonly.com and check imperial club.com. Both sites have a wealth of info and knowledgeable, helpful people and people that have parts to sell. Plus, I have bought items from AMS Obsolete Parts www.amsnos.com/) and Murray B. Park (www.cbodies.com/). I stress I do not have any connection to any of the mentioned sites or people other than needing parts like you. I hope this helps and I am looking forward to seeing a video and hearing about you getting that car back on the road. @@OffMyPlanetNow
Hi Lori, Funny you should ask. I should have another update soon. If my plans work out, I should have this Big Girl back on the road soon! Thank you for your interest.
Hi Renee, That is awesome you have been given the 69 Imperial. As far as pointers, you will need to have patience to find parts for these cars. I would recommend you join: forcbodiesonly.com , there is a wealth of knowledge on the website. Plus, I would recommend to keep some parts places contact info handy. One is Murray B Park, another is AMS Obsolete parts and National Moparts in Canada. A lot of the parts have been discontinued, but if you keep looking usually you can have a positive outcome. I would like to see some pictures, and feel free to check out all four videos I have posted.
