不是歧视，但是租房子这市场只能说是印度人自己搞坏的。本身的叔叔就有租房给印度人差不多三年，结果收房子的时候，很多东西都被破坏，墙壁，地板，连天花板都有一个大洞。基本能看到的东西都是坏的，要不然就是很肮脏。结果叔叔花钱重新装修粉刷屋子，费用差不多是这租客三年的房租，所以这三年白忙，还要倒贴。

No wrong. Two times my tenant is also Indian. It depends on people. Both also pay on time. And also clean type. Family type sometimes they also take care your house and also paint new colour too. Anyway as long as pay on time no vandalism we landlords are ok already. If really things spoilt just report to us then we will repair it. Water bill and electricity bill also got pay what else to ask for.
