- So I've seen these seats at a junk yard and I just got to have them. So i picked them up and install them myself. Highly recommend. Wish all CR-V came with these seats. These seats are oem only certain 1st Gen Cr-V comes with them.

I love this feature and the picnic table in my 2001 CR-V. The newer ones are just bland, soul less modern SUV's
Bro you saved me from not taking a sledgehammer to my crv. Your videos are extremely helpful with the process of lifting the crv (I’d go further into depth, when I lifted mine I had to remove everything in the front for suspension to get the struts and spacer in.) all in all thanks for the videos

Only 99 and up Crv are able to have the armrest. If you do not have the armrest and you have 99 and up crv..just buy a driver side bracket and slit a hole into seat and install bracket/armrest. Very easy to do. Once again..only 99-01 have the holes to install the brackets..97-98 does not. I slit a hole onto my 97 seat for nothing.
They're hokey lil a r.s anyway. Not much to hold em up.

Those valves, looks like the difference is one has an original gasket with the screen filter the other has a cheap gasket that has no screen filter. Other than that it's the same part.

henloy you have to take the inside plastic cover out first and work it from the inside tailgate.
1998-2006 only. First gen had the better adjustments in the back seat

my 2009 crv doesnt work like the front bench is just abit too long

I want to do this to my 2001 CRV, and try living out of it for a while. This seems really complicated.
It's actually really easy, just gotta remember to grab the bracket he forgot to get. That gets rid of the whole welding process. RD1 stuff is plug & play.

The seats in my crv turns into a bed, didn’t need to modify! And is it possible for you to make a video on how to add an arm rest to the passenger seat? Mine doesn’t have one, only driver seat. I heard that they still have a bracket for an arm rest under the cloth.

I see this post is 3 months old so maybe you found your answer but, there is no bracket on the passenger seat of the 90's year model CRV. I have a 97 that i put an arm rest on and i had to cut the material and install the supplied bracket. I tried to do a search for a seller of the arm rest but, no luck. I did happen to find the installation instructions though.
Its sad that its getting so hard to find modification parts for this car as it is an absolutely fantastic ride. I'm on my second CRV, the first was a 99, then a 97. I love em both.

Christ, welding a seat belt mount and melting the webbing of the belt... Should have just taken the hit on a couple hour drive for the correct brackets. I really hope nobody ever travels in the back of this death trap.
