I think the gaps between the Festive Walk Parade and the St. Honore&St. Dominique and between St. Dominique and the under-construction Belmont Hotel will be the access roads to SM, where the SMX Convention Center and purportedly IKEA and National University will be built, and it is beside the Radisson Hotel and S&R, and Ayala Atria in the distance, and Plazuela Dos nearby. Great! Further is Smallville and Boardwalk, and of course, Esplanade 1 and 2 by the beautiful and clean Iloilo River. Across the street at Diversion Road is the Dongon Creek and Esplanades 1 Extension and Esplanade 3, where the Gaisano-Diversion and its Time Square, Cubix Shops, and Gondola Canal are found. This entire area, pollution-free and blowing with gentle breezes and lush with mangroves and trees and palmtrees, greenery and flower plantbeds and gardens are the best new addresses in the Philippines. Biking is encouraged here, just like in the great cities of Europe. Madrid, Spain. Paris, France. Bruges, Belgium. Prague, Czech Republic. Barcelona, Spain. Budapest, Hungary and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Marvelous! Only in Iloilo!

May marvelous view man sang sunrise and sunset. At the general Luna Street side , may spectacular view sang Guimaras island. Overall, I believe among all the Rockwell developments in the Visayas, I believe this has the best view.
