To be honest, i heard a lot of fuzz bout the growth and progress of Iloilo so me and my colleagues went there to prospect for expansion.
We were disappointed. its all PR's and hot air. Not much had progressed. Maybe to the locals its huge but to us who are used to phenomenal progress in other cities in the country, the so called Iloilo growth is mediocre. Mehh
