@Pacster1980you can't really define "bits" of synth sounds like this There's many things to consider, modulation depth, pitch depth, frequency depth, LSFR and much more And in most of the sound chips at the time, it was all over the place, so you can't call pulse synth/PSG as 8 bit Or FM sound as 8 bit or 16 bit
