  • The cabin tour of 4323 an obstructed view of Carnival Luminosa
my picture next door there's a bit of a Picasso
Immediately entering the cabin, you can see it from an obstructed view.
You have the bathroom to the left and the cupboards to the right.
If we have a look back here on the back of our stateroom door, we've got our directions for an escape to our closest master station.
Just beside the bathroom, there is a light switch for the bathroom and you also have the turn dial knob for the air conditioner.
Having a look into our shower recess.
    It's a nice easy walk-in.
You've got to do the Step Up.
It has a temperature mixer on one side and the flow of water on the other.
It has an adjustable shower rose with 3 different flow rates.
    It has shampoo and gel.
It also has a small clothesline.
    It has a vacuum toilet.
It has these six shelves, three on either side of the vanity.
Then you have a rubbish bin and toilet tissues.
Yes, you do have tissues on a cruise ship.
If we have an explore of our cupboard, we have our safe and some shells, some hanging space, and then the next one should be our life jackets.
The sign illuminates at night so you can see where the life jacket is if there's no light.
Moving into the cabin we have some signage here to say that the hair dryer is hard-wired in.
There are some drawers if you want to use some Lysol or something to clean.
You have a stool and a rubbish bin.
On the desk, you have an Australian and an American power point.
You have a TV and a remote.
In a cupboard, you have a refrigerator.
The bed configuration is a queen size bed.
There are USBs to power any of your devices
Overhead light switch to control the lighting in the room.
The settee can fold out to be another bedroom.
Underneath those drawers are very hard to open.
There is a seat, but I don't have a little table.
If you need extra storage you could store it underneath my bed.
This is my obstructed view in #4323 of some gear mechanisms at the back end of
    number 21.
It was an inside price, and I'm quite happy with that, so this is the stateroom tour
    of 4323 on Carnival Luminosa

Thank you so much for showing the different pressure and water settings for the hand held shower rose! This is exactly what I've been looking for. It has been so frustrating trying to find someone with the presence of mind to show (imo) this all-important aspect.

I always say, any cabin is the best cabin on a ship.

@@julescruisecompanion I do agree! I have an obstructed view, on fourth floor for the first time, and your video gave me an idea of what it would look like! Thanks

I’m considering taking this ship next year for a 22 day Seattle to Sydney. There are not a lot of outside cabins, I may end up with an obstructed view. This gave me an idea.
Overall Jules, did you like the ship etc? I’m platinum with Carnival so I get there vibe.
That originally was a Costa ship, the cabin conversion to Carnival style was perfect.

      Yes
Luminosa and Splendor were both Costa designs.
Luminosa got the best fit out in my estimation. Splendor traumatises me with her pink leopard stripe doughnut decor.
(Full Disclosure, I am booked on Splendor again in August - CruiseAHolic)
Transpacific is a fabulous itinerary, so any cabin will be great. For a longer itinerary, I tend to go for a balcony as a psychological extension for space, if I can afford it.
The obstructed view that is a bit bigger, like 4248 or the opposite odd stateroom, would be a great alternative.
