  • It’s day 9 of our 12 Days of Christmas!
    And day 9 is for the Pallof Press. We love using this exercise to help improve abdominal strength to resist rotation and side to side motion. It’s easy to scale up or down, and all you need is your Gait Happens resistance band!
    Give it a try…we like to load here so pull tight on that band or double it up. After 5-6 repetitions your abs should need a break!
