You’re very lucky to get at retail. While I’ve gotten all my other pieces from the AD like the Sprite, Root Beer, green dial OP 41, the Daytona is the one I couldn’t get from AD. I picked up my new reference Daytona Panda yesterday but had to pay double retail for it on the secondary market. BTW, read your booklet on the tack operation. Use use either a 1km or 1mile or a 1 in another unit. Timed speed is where you stopped the mvt and read where the second hand points at on the bezel. The sub counters are used for overall timing and have nothing to do with the bezel. Been using mine rolly daytona for many years to time and obtain speeds of objects for quite some time. Yea, you can use her for racing, also for scientific uses. Us engineers that have one been doing this for quite some time on the sidelines. Read your booklet and have fun with her.😂😂❤😂😂

100% spot on. I am constantly thinking of a use for the stop watch for daily purposes but haven't found one yet. However, I use the Sub's rotating bezel multiple times daily. The GMT bezel also gets used.

I prefer the lug profile on the previous generation. New generation feels too slab sided. The thinner lugs on the right were to compensate for the pushers which can make the watch feel side heavy on the right.

Congratulations! Since I've got my 116520 with the white dial, I've ordered the 126500LN with the black dial. Luckily, on my birthday on the 21st of December last week I got the call to pick it up. Unbelievable but it was true and I'm happy af! Much better then the 116500LN tbh. Enjoy it!
