No need to count dude!..just play the music of 1st deck while the other one deck play looping with low volume that you heard the beat then sync and listen the music,when the 1st deck reach the churos,unloop the 2nd deck then slowly raise the volume while the deck volume is opposite.
Thats my way to mix..
