The cheating is definitely not good, but I think they're praising the positive side of what he did, which to me was kind of a fresh perspective (not discrediting the pain and harm the act has caused) because like everyone else, every human is capable of repentance and turning his/her life around. When you cheat you are basically handing over your relationship to the devil and saying to your partner "my desires are more important than you in this moment". Some stay for the children, some stay because of insecurities, some because they are financially dependent on their men, some stay because their relationship isn’t based on love alone (it’s beneficial to be together than apart), some stay because they can honestly forgive and move on, some for religious reasons, etc. My grandmother stayed with my grandfather after he cheated because it was beneficial to her in the end. She didn’t marry him just because she loved him, it was also for business. My friend talked about how her mother stayed with her dad after he cheated because of her (a child at the time). They got divorced when she turned 18. My friend said she wished her mother left him earlier.

WELL I’m going to be the odd one out and think cheating can make a relationship stronger. Infidelity is heartbreaking, it can ruin most relationships, don’t get me wrong. But with a strong enough love to be like “Oh we’ll get through this”? THAT kind of love can overcome anything. Hence why Beyoncé and Jay-Z are still together. True love exists, it takes the stronger people to be able to look past the flaws, and love one another.

Some stay for the children, some stay because of insecurities, some because they are financially dependent on their men, some stay because their relationship isn’t based on love alone (it’s beneficial to be together than apart), some stay because they can honestly forgive and move on, some for religious reasons, etc.
My grandmother stayed with my grandfather after he cheated because it was beneficial to her in the end. She didn’t marry him just because she loved him, it was also for business.
My friend talked about how her mother stayed with her dad after he cheated because of her (a child at the time). They got divorced when she turned 18. My friend said she wished her mother left him earlier.
I think women are just stronger and are conditioned to put up with more B.S. and deal with more pain then men.

I'm happy for her. I would never be able to forgive my partner if he cheated on me. But that's just me, maybe I'm weak, maybe my standards are different but if my man had the balls to cheat on me that ends it for me. But I am extremely happy for any couple who can over come this hardship. Kudos to them! :)
Im a 20yo man, never cheat, losing the one you love will end your life, and if you do cheat accept that it is over or you will both get more hurt

To each his own but I can't see putting something like cheating in public especially when you have a daughter. T Carl Please don't compare these two. Kim stayed with Reggie Bush when he cheated on her many times.They eventually broke up ONLY because he didn't want to marry her. We found out AFTER the fact that she cheated too on Reggie with Kanye (for revenge) but in any case, she stayed with a cheater also.
