beri I’m at 171. I just goldened 5B (probably the most miserable grind in my life) and I’m probably gonna go after this and 3B next. I need to golden 5A and 6A eventually too.
aboredguy 5B _before_ 5A!? You madman. Congrats on beating the grind for 5B though! I’ve since abandoned the golden berry hunt at 191 since I don’t have that kind of resolve to grind out the B sides.
Ken Colton Thanks! I’m just kinda doing the Golden Strawberries in whatever order I want lol. I’ve already goldened all of the C-Sides and a few of the A-Sides and B-Sides. I had one really heartbreaking fail in the “clearly impossible” room during the 5B grind. I kept on getting nervous and shaky whenever I made it to the crystal Theo part and I kept on dying stupidly. It was really satisfying when I finally got the Golden though lol. Honestly trying to golden 5A was starting to get super obnoxious, so I just stopped trying to get it and I moved onto 5B. I’ll come back to 5A shortly. Though yes, grinding B-Side goldens is absolutely miserable. If you ever come back to the golden berry hunt, I wish you luck. :)
Golden Ridge is my fav chapter. I consider people trying to surpass themselves on this challenge honour it. Thanks. I'll try to catch your 4-D gold stream ^^ btw it's the first X-B golden berry i got cuz i don't feel the bore in this amazing chapter.
