Hello steward! thank you so much for your comment! So sites 14 (where we stayed) and 13 are linked together which means there’s no space in between them. It’s just a privacy issue. They’re ok sites on their own but they lack some of the privacy that you have at some other sites like 18. Since we were tent camping it was more important perhaps to us than if we were in an RV. All in all you can’t go wrong either way. If 13 is available I’d snag it and enjoy yourself! You’re in for a treat my friend! Take care
stuwardw November in Virginia can vary from snow and sleet to sunny and shorts weather. Typically at that time frame I’d expect it to be on the colder side, planning for it to be in the 30’s. Check the weather a week or so before your visit to get a better idea. You might get lucky and have 65 degree weather trip with sun. It’s also closer up towards the mountains so weather could change relatively quickly

What is wrong with site 13? Just wondering because it was available as a pull through on the days we need. Great video!

That’s sooo cool! That would be scary gnarly with a train running through there. 😲
