This is most impressive boat on the channel not because it’s so fancy but because of the level of craftsmanship. Those storage lockers were so beautifully handcrafted for example. To build that by hand so impressive!

Just love the attention to detail, holder for binos, crockery slots, fairy liquid, reinforcing elbows, all the solar vents etc - magnificent and all for £45k *. Takes me back to being a teenager in 70's when I built a simple 8ft ply pram dinghy with a book from local library. Bet she's still around when all the fancy gin palaces are on a breakers beach somewhere. A proper craftsman. A++.

This is amazing!!! What I love the most is the simplicity, and the avoiding problems approach (no shower, no hot water, sea water, etc.). I can not tell you what would make your boating life better, but I do can tell you what is going to make your boating life harder, and this man avoided most of the big problems every boat owner face! Not to mention the pride and satisfaction. Simply amazing!

Beautiful. I love the honesty and craftsmanship that’s gone into it. Love the story that they made this themselves. Beautiful craftsmanship, I love her feel, her look and her simplicity. When it’s easy to get stuffed on the large multi-million pound boats on this channel, it’s great to see this, which is modest and economical use of materials and resources and enough for the wonderful owners.

I saved this one for sunday, because I thought, it´s the perfect day to enjoy a "Meet The Owners". And yes...it was a good decision.
Very nice people again and the fact, *that and how* the build their boat is incredible. I expected it to be a bit larger inside, but all the clever details inside - the drawers in the kitchen for example, that you just have to lift a little bit to unfix them - are well thought out and give enough space.

This is outstanding and really demands respect, just because of the workmanship that went into her and the hours it took to make her seaworthy. Many many years ago my father and I built a 28ft steel chime yacht in the back yard. Interesting how the building technique is the same. Except no need for a shed. Loved the build photos.

An incredible achievement. A lovely story and well told. Thanks Nick for the way your editing skills enabled them tell the story. A lovely boat.
