Great tutorial. Thanks. Would be excellent to see a part two with how to tackle hair shape layers changing when the face moves and also the use of switch templates for ears etc?
@@TipTut so when I press ctrl + right button and then I copy everything using the origin button it duplicates the first keyframes, then I customize a new face in the second key frame but when I go back to the first keyframe it copies the second keyframe. Do you know a solution for that?
Thanks for the video, but i have a trouble, when i want to create the jostick appears a message thay say "no properties in your selected layers are ready to be connected to a joystick" i dont know how to solve this. I would appreciate so much your help.
You will get thé 3k un an jour or less, it's awesome ! Great job and awesome tutorial ! Can you dit à tutorial serie on how to do an entite cartoon with rigging, désigning, animating etc
Space your keyframes (faster or quicker) by selecting them and reposition first/last of them while holding Opt/Alt. No need to move them one by one like you do in the video.
Yeah but that'll place your keyframes on decimal position... And then you'd have to snap them with a script or one by one (unless you don't mind decimals)
I stumbled across this yesterday and it's just what I needed to take my basic animations to the next level. Excellent video, thanks so much!

Any tips on animating the mouth when talking? The lips need not be synced with the voice. I'm just animating the character talking.

They're from an Illustrator file, you should be able to recreate them easily in After Effects or Illustrator.
