The touch-up on Larry Bird and his final season people seem to forget apparently you included that he was playing with a broken back the entire season. There is a reason that man was laying on the floor. And for him to averaged 20 points any matter Steals and rebounds and assists that he had is absolutely phenomenal
This is legendary , this history is greatness.. This documentary sent a shiver down my spine... I learnt even the greatest of peaks will fall to gravity . Tnx for all your videos 🖤
It's not fair to reduce Kareem to one single move. He had a whole bag of moves that he'd break out when he needed to. His bag of tricks wasn't as expansive as Olajuwon's, but his moves besides the sky hook were elite level as well.
It’s tough to master, you probably need to start doing it young. Besides, bigs now are being asked to shoot 3’s, so their shot mechanics are very different.
I mean only Kareem was able to make it as his signature move. I think it’s not only problem of current players but even the players in 1980s was barely able to do this move. Kareem was just abnormally good at making those shots.
In my opinion the greatest farewell game in NBA History is by Bill Russel. In game 7 of the 1969 NBA Finals the Celtics defeated the Lakers by 2 Points and Bill Russell won his final 11th championship, thats pretty impressive.
I don't like Lebron for all his claims and bluster about his self-proclaimed GOAT status... But, he has performed and endured so long that no one can deny his greatness in the NBA. I won't talk rankings, as I have incredible respect for Jordan and Kareem, but Lebron breaking the scoring record is worthy of our awe and respect 🙏
Warriors are gonna win the championship this year! I have no doubt in Steph and the dubs. Even though they are having a rough start, but they are gonna win!!
I disagree = where is Bill Russell? His last game was a game 7 win in LA vs the Lakers for the championship. Russell won 11 rings in 13 seasons! And in his last 2 seasons he was the player-coach of his team!!!
The reason why NBA players now are more durable is because of advancements of the workouts. Back then they just play basketball and lift weights traditionally. And sometimes other players don’t even lift. At present time players now have advance strength and conditioning workouts, better skills trainers, scientific techs to help their bodies recover, load management, health staff etc. (though other strength and conditioning coaches need to step up more, cause there are lot’s of injuries occurring in the game today)
@@marlowstanfield6815 No what ifs buddy. You never know how future will pan out. We also know that entire bulls roster broke apart and started the rebuild.

Really disappointed that you chose to ignore Bill Russell. You even gave IT a nod. Was it just so you could prop up Kobe’s last game? Russell ended his career getting his 11th ring…
Man maybe its because he was the equivalent of player to play roblox on a high end gaming PC while the rest of the other guys played on their iPhone 5's (no hate on him he was still great)
Constructive criticism here but this video could've been so much better. I was expecting something about LeBron as a foreshadow to your introduction and you had a great transition with Kobe then you just ended the video. What a waste.
I think he only meant that Dwight and others learned from Hakeem and tried to follow in his footsteps. Obviously not quite getting there, just like Kobe not exactly reaching or surpassing the Jordan level.

Everybody else had a whole arsenal of moves too, but he mentioned only the most notable.
Why dont the 7+ foot players nowadays do the Skyhook anymore?
It’s a tough shot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯… Also a lot more help and rarely get down on a block 1 on 1.
