Adrian, as it is apparent that English is your second language which I appreciate you speaking in very much. I would suggest you pre-plan what you are going to say. The number of Uhhh's and Ummm's in your speaking is not good. Make a script and use the script to get around this. The constant speech interruptions with Umm-Uhhh really make it difficult to follow what you are trying to say.
