Umm...$10 billion...(+$90 bil?) With that much HELP I'd build a network, all over in the poorest African areas, of nice clean villages, give each family a small apartment and a piece of land in the outskirts where they could plant their food and survive decently. Family education. Schools, clinics and hospitals. All simple cheap but good construction. Water and irrigation systems.
The basis for them to start and be geared to a better life.
BUT THAT IS NOT IN THE GLOBALIST MIND . SEEMS THAT REDUCING WORLD POPULATION IS THE MAIN GOAL among other goals.

That was actually really sad how Gates mentioned that he was planning on spending more time with Paul Allen now that he was going to have more free time, I feel like the interviewer didn't really pick up on how difficult that must have been to talk about, even if Gates seemed unaffected. Otherwise very insightful and great questions!

"Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft, says that in 1982 he overheard Bill Gates, the other co-founder, discuss with Steve Ballmer, now the company's chief executive, how they could reduce Allen's share in the company by issuing themselves stock options. Hearing this, Allen charged into the room and broke up the conversation. Later Gates and Ballmer backed down and apologized. "I had helped start the company and was still an active member of management, though limited by my illness, and now my partner and my colleague were scheming to rip me off. It was mercenary opportunism, plain and simple," Allen writes in his autobiography that goes on sale next month, Idea Man: A Memoir by the Co-founder of Microsoft. "

Bill Gates says in his 2019 Annual Letter 'It’s not realistic to think that people will simply stop using fertilizer, running cargo ships, building offices, or flying airplanes. Nor is it fair to ask developing countries to curtail their growth for the sake of everyone else. For example, for many people in low- and middle-income countries, cattle are an essential source of income and nutrients.' I think all three assumptions are wrong. Bill Gates says 'I wish more people fully understood what it will take to stop climate change'. I wish Bill Gates fully understood what it will take to stop climate change.

Bill's views and arguments are conventional for example he thinks viruses are the #1 problem which is debatable but certainly not true for developed countries. the COVID 19 might kill 1 few million or maybe 20 million, but a nuclear exchange between pakistan and india could easily end all life. an accident could set off a nuclear war. clearly, the biggest risk is nuclear accident/war.
