So… 98°f is the normal body tempature (inside your body). Your body can start to cook for example when you get a really bad fever at like 105°f< And the reason why u dont get cooked outside when its over a 100 degrees is because the heat inside your body will stay at 98. Sure your skin will get burnt and cooked but your body will do whatever to keep your inside tempature at 98 (sweat, blood circulation etc)
Great point! Also, we’re alive so we heel if we do get a little “cooked”. A dead chicken can’t heal.
Now I’m sure we’d cook eventually, even with water and food if you were in 24/7 100+ degrees weather, nonstop for weeks or months. Your body could not repair itself quick enough.

In Europe when we travel to different countries where they speak a foreign language we’re not fluent in, English is the language we speak to understand each other. In any European country most people under 50 speaks really good English, I would say.

Samantha and Andrew I absolutely love you guys so much. I have to say, I am your same weight that you mentioned in your vlog earlier Sam and idk! My feelings got hurt hearing you call yourself so many names and going on about being so “fat” with Andrew! You guys are so great and I typically don’t hate the word fat, it’s not a bad word but for some reason it sucked hearing you guys go on like that. I am not in a position to get on semiglutide if my insurance won’t cover it andddd so many influencers are going on it that I can’t ignore it now. It feels like their problems are being solved with this amazing medicine and it’s incredible. Buuut I am someone who won’t be able to get on it and will stay fat even tho I constantly manage calorie counting and hating my body and working out. It just sucks and I love your podcast and content please don’t think I don’t. Just being more mindful of that talk when girls relate to you would be so nice ❤️

Sameeee I am disabled and cant work and can't get on the shots for me to lose weight due to the cost but I also can't work out or eat better due to being a full-time wheelchair user and multiple eating issues and I hate it. And when I hear people putting down their weight while I'm bigger than them it makes me feel worse...
Omg in my partners most recent medical rotation he dealt with a body that basically steamed to death in a sauna- the question about cooking a body made me revisit this memory 🥴
